Good car wash but not consistent
Good car wash but not consistent. On busier days I usually find the pre-wash before going through the car wash isn't as good and certain areas get missed.

Always a great service
I know with confidence that my car will be cleaned thoroughly. Recently I had a full valet service and was really happy with the results. The guys did a thorough job and my car smelt clean and fresh.

Advertising a free car wash following the purchase of the most expensive one. Try to use it only to be told they won't do it was the free code given on there app is only valid In Newark. Very poor advertising a promotion they won't fulfill

Helpful and resourceful staff
The team here are very helpful and resourceful. Drivers don't always realise that they will need to put their car into neutral to go through the automated stage of the car wash. The staff are very helpful and patient. On this occasion, the driver in front had no idea how to find neutral. The staff tried, but had to admit defeat and then had to careful manage the queue back to create sufficient space to extract the struggling driver and their vehicle. Top marks to them for this!

Nice and convenient but expensive
Nice and convenient, saves washing the car myself, but, the top few washes are too expensive for what you get. The rotating side brushes often slam my side mirrors in. Also, the strips of cloth that are hanging and rotate to dry your car never touch my side mirrors glass so they dry with all the water marks on them, disappointing if you've paid for one of the top priced washes.
