Always friendly staff and a great service

This visit was only slightly better than other trips to the IMO carwash in respect it was a better pre wash preparation. The staff appeared the same (miserable looking) no hello or greeting when paying, just hand motions. The auto wash was the usual apart from what i can only describe as a torrent of water roughly 100mm in diameter gushing out of a pipe midway through the wash. Apart from the said torrent of water all went well.

First time coming here. Staff were friendly explained the options. Good clean inside and out- will come again thank you

Amazing service. Honestly one of the best places around to get your car cleaned. The men are brilliant at what they do, and go above and beyond for their customers ☺️

Very convenient to where I live. Friendly staff Gives a good wash, like I have washed it by hand.

Took a chance due to the good prices available, they are cheap for a reason. If you value your paintwork, don’t bother. Came away with scuffs and scratches over the body work which I will now have to try and tee cut out. Will not be using them again.

It was very quick snd efficient

Absolute rip off. Drive in to get a full wash and valet. One disinterested individual didn’t bother to look at you while grunting what Do you want, ask for a XL wash and £25 valet. grunts back… don’t do valets on a Sunday. Go through, car wash stops 3 times, no explanation, no reason given. Go to the bank of vacuum cleaners, £1 for 3 minutes. Useless, two not working the ones that do couldn’t suck a feather up. Never again. Useless.

Big queue slow staff, and 90 days to use 3 washes? Wouldn't pre pay ever again should be at least 12 months

Brilliant, car was fresh after!!

Does the job and fair price. My only comment would be the attendant to be a bit more friendly and less sad. I appreciate it's a boring job and it's a road to no where.
( Note the attendant was not rude).

Mehedi did a really good job and cleaned inside and out in less than 10 mins would highly recommend.

Pay for wheel spa they still don't do it
Jet washes haven't worked for over 3 years
Single foam in the triple foam cars not dried the soaps still in an on the cars the owners do use all the recommended products so you don't

Broken every time I’ve visited. Paid for wash and then got turned away as it had broken, wouldn’t refund then broken everytime I’ve returned to use pre purchased wash!
