IMO Car Wash - Leigh Opiniões 14

Used to like this car wash & was always pleased with the result. However the past 2 times I have been one of the attendants has been very aggressive & rude.
When your windscreen is covered in soap suds it is hard to see through it, so banging on my window & looking irritated with me when I have not quite got the car into the correct position is unnecessary.
Car still come out clean, but don't think I will be back.

Quick easy to use app and Quick service from the lads

The automated side of the wash was as expected but the manual spraying and manual wash was very poor.

Prices just get made up as they go along. Mini valet listed at £25. Last time I went it was £30 which I accepted because the car had slightly more to hoover. This time was average amount of hoovering required, and said it was £40. When I said no to £40 and stated it is listed 3 feet away from me on the board at £25 the attendant said okay £35. At this point my patience had worn thin and I just said your listed price is £25, it’s either that or not at all. The attendant shrugged and said no. I said fine I will go elsewhere from now on.

Carwash attendant spent entire time he was dealing with me on his phone taking a personal phone call.

Unhelpful service. Assistant at the Leigh branch was rude and really unhelpful.

Great experience at IMO Car Wash. Quick, efficient service and the car came out spotless. Definitely worth it and I’ll be coming back.

Good car wash , good prices in and out quick

We paid for a Total Wax but didn’t get it. The car in front of us was having issues with the car wash not moving along the track, the guy manning the station was back and to into the office pressing buttons to get it functioning again. When brushing and spraying our car he missed a lot of areas and then when it was our turn to go through the wash it was the diamond wax that was flashing on the screen, which is less than what we paid for. The car wash also stopped too early and we had to drive through without it being dried. Had to go back over a lot of the dirty spots when we got home which isn’t good.

Great experiance as ever and my car is squeecky clean as always

£18 waste of money and time, didn't clean my car properly my wheels didn't get cleaned and the pre wash was a guy spraying something on the bottom end the car and brushing the front window. In the end I went to a DIY jet wash and did it myself.
