Staff are very friendly and helpful. The actual car wash itself could do with cleaning and the stench of stagnant water and the lack of soap coming out of the tubes at the beginning very poor.

Bought a wash on the app; couldn’t find opening hours on it for my local site. Turned up on site to see that the car wash was closed for maintenance; though the site was still open.

Beware - scuffs and scratches through car wash
Beware! Use the drive through car wash at your own risk, I’ve had my car for 2 weeks from main dealer with perfect paint work, took it through this car wash today and came out with scuffs/scratches all down the the left wing from front to back, won’t use you again for sure!

A part cleaned car is still a dirty car
Went there a month ago and after getting home noticed a rectangular patch roughly 50 cm by 30 cm on the rear had not been touched. Went back yesterday to get the car washed and told the attendant pointing out what had happed last time. He assured me it would not happen again. The exit feeds out into a one way system so there’s no reversing or stopping anywhere. Got home , same issue . A partly cleaned car is a dirty car. Not worth the £11 I paid for. Left a phone message and a message on their website.

Car still dirty
Car still dirty, especially the boot area.
Water was really smelly. Needed to air the car for an hour to get rid of the smell.

Car was not clean after the wash areas around the rear number plate and wheel spokes that should have come clean with the pre was brushing remained dirty.
