I’ve already reported my concerns. I’ve detailed the issue. I’m not looking for vouchers or to be compensated. I’m not prepared to give any further details.
I’ve reported it, it’s up to you if you look into it or not.
I took the time to write in and explain the poor service and wash. I was then asked to supply evidence.

Seemed more attention to deal on this visit, but not overly happy or friendly. Only speak if spoken to- such a shame as would make the experience better.

Great product Ultra HD, it gives me extra protection specially when it rains and great Service.

Rolled up to the forecourt and saw signage to use the app to purchase a car wash so did this as I was in the queue. Got to the attendant who attempted to scan my QR code and then left. I was then approached by what I assume was a manager and was told they don't accept the QR code I'd just purchased via the advertising on their forecourt and that I would have to pay again using a card machine. I asked for a refund for the code, he refused and I left.

Honestly I was left fuming and flabbergasted about the complete idiocy or it all. The fact they are advertising on their premises and they don't accept it is baffling. Still waiting to here back from there head office for a refund.

i paid for full wax £11.40 and my front wheel alloys were dirty still the back ones were lovely and clean. my driver side mirror had mud stuck onto it still and still marks on bonnet. i had to clean more myself at home.

My van came out still dirty. If I’d had more time I would have complained to the operators!

I was in the queue and panic - NO cash! I was so happy to see I could pay on the app! So easy and quick! I had a receipt and I was reassured it is a valid taxpayer business. The clwaning job was great, my car was filthy having been down the muddy lanes, the tyres so clean now! Thank you!

I visited this car wash recently and Nadeem and team did an excellent job and was to a high standard even after a few weeks the car still looks outstanding.

I was very impressed not only with the quality of the work but also with the level of customer service. Nadeem took the time to carefully inspect the detailing to ensure everything was completed to a high standard.

Overall, I am extremely satisfied with the service and will certainly return when my car needs another wash. I would highly recommend them.
