Quick response to a leaking toilet, and explained the issues clearly and transparently. Turned out more work was required but we were pleased with how we were dealt with, and bathroom was left very clean and tidy despite the works. Great communication for what is an awkward job - would definitely recommend.

Impact recently completed a total kitchen refurbishment for us. The job took several weeks and throughout we were impressed with Jason and the team who worked hard to make sure the resulting kitchen was as we wanted. Impact are not the cheapest, but they are skilful, reliable and do an excellent job. We would certainly recommend this company.

We had originally contacted Impact about a quote for renovating our tenement bathroom, before a quick turnaround on selling the flat meant we were unable to go ahead with the proposed work. So a year later when we had a need to remove an awkward old fireplace fitted in our new flat we reached out to Martyn and the team again. They were great to deal with, above board with the estimated costs and scope of the job, and went out of their way to try and accommodate a quick start to the work in an effort to have it finished for us before Christmas. Unfortunately that wasn’t possible in the end, but they were back first thing after the break to finalise the last steps and we’re delighted with the eventual result. Even a week after completion when we’d decorated the room and found a snagging issue that had been missed, Jason came out the next morning to resolve it for us. They were always communicative and professional to deal with, and happy to add or amend proposed elements to the work whenever we wanted to query something. Definitely highly recommended for any kind of renovation work.

I recently hired Impact to renovate my property after it suffered significant water damage from a burst pipe, and I couldn't be happier with their work. From start to finish, they were professional and highly communicative, providing daily updates that kept me informed every step of the way. Their initial estimates were impressively close to the final cost, which I greatly appreciated for budgeting purposes. I needed to replace a broken electric shower. Impact were were easy to contact, clear on the cost, Jen was proactive and responsive on the phone to arrange, and I was able to arrange an emergency plumber at short notice. Their communication was efficient and professional. Alex turned up on time, cleaned up, and was very pleasant, even when the buildings' plumbings threw him a few issues. I had a leak in one of my bathrooms which was spreading under the flooring. I looked online for a local company and came across Impact Glasgow who's head office is not far from my house. They sent a plumber out who not only found the issue quickly and resolved, he found what would have been a second (and worse) issue down the line and rectified that too. The job was done quickly and professionally and I will have no hesitation on using Impact again in the future.

I found Impact to be friendly, professional, skilled and outcome focussed. It is a truism that you get what you pay for but they were still a whole 2 thirds cheaper than British Gas, who’s service I found to be consistently appalling.
If you add consistently following up to make sure I understood next steps and was happy then why wouldn’t you choose a firm that provides high quality?
