I’ve owned the IMSIM Talento pedals for around three years, with roughly 600 hours of use, and I expected far better reliability and support from a premium product. When a fault developed earlier this year, the support process was extremely slow and frustrating.
The retailer and manufacturer went back and forth over who was responsible under warranty, leaving me stuck in the middle for weeks. IMSIM eventually agreed to send a replacement PCB, but despite being told the part was “packed and ready to ship,” I waited a long time with no transport details, no tracking, and no clear timeline.
Communication was slow, responses were vague, and I felt like I had to chase constantly just to get basic information. For a high‑end pedal set, the support experience fell far below what I expected.
After this, I’ve lost confidence in relying on IMSIM for future repairs or long‑term ownership. Other brands offer clearer warranties, faster support, and more customer‑focused service. Based on my experience with the Talento pedals, I would advise potential buyers to research support policies carefully before choosing IMSIM.
