We had In2gr8ted Solutions install a Sigenergy SigenStor battery system with a full three-phase supply upgrade at our property. From the initial quote right through to installation, the team were responsive, professional and easy to deal with.

They turned up exactly when they said they would, worked in an organised and tidy manner throughout, and left the site clean on completion. The system was handed over clearly and thoroughly — we left knowing exactly how everything worked.
The system itself is running perfectly.

We would not hesitate to recommend In2gr8ted Solutions to anyone considering battery storage or renewable energy installation. We will certainly be using them again when we have solar installed later this year.

Comunication with the company representatives was honest, productive and on spot. They always answered to my calls during the browsing phase for my solar system and helped me choose the right setup for my needs, always concious about my request and budget listening patiently and replying swiftly. The instalation team did a great job, worked cleanly and proffessional. Totally would reccomend it.

Exceptional service, we had the system put in 8 years ago and two of the optimisers had stopped working, I contacted Peter who found confirmed the issue, checked my system and then under warranty ordered the replacements which were delivered to my house and then Julie arranged the fitters, who were very professional in all their work ( you wouldn’t get me on that roof),this was great after sales and they backup the system even after 8 years. You can rely on the buisness and the team working there. Thank you

Nick was amazing to work with, he clearly knows what he’s talking about, and explained us throughly which was extremely helpful .

Paul the owner was very good to deal with on the run up to placing the order - clear with what he was delivering and the time scale. Everything ran like clock work :)

In2gr8ted Solutions installed a ballasted solar PV system on the flat roofs of my dormer property in May 2022.

I chose the company after reviewing customer feedback and noting their stated affiliations with industry bodies including MCS and HIES.

The installation appeared to proceed without any immediate issues. However, in early 2025 we observed visible deflection in the roof areas beneath the solar panels. As a result, we commissioned an independent structural survey in March 2025.

According to the structural survey report, the roofs were assessed as unsuitable for a ballasted solar PV installation. The report recommended removal of the system and indicated that significant remedial works to both roofs may be required. An initial estimate for these works is approximately £50,000, excluding additional associated costs such as alternative accommodation, storage and redecoration.

On 21 March 2025 I submitted a formal complaint to In2gr8ted Solutions and also notified relevant industry bodies, including MCS, HIES, NAPIT and NICEIC.

Following its investigation, NAPIT informed me that the installation did not meet relevant MCS standards and recommended that the solar PV system be removed. Copies of relevant correspondence are retained.

In2gr8ted Solutions removed the solar panels on 8 September 2025.

The company does not currently accept responsibility for the remedial costs identified in the structural report and has indicated that the matter would need to be resolved through legal proceedings. The question of liability therefore remains in dispute.

As court proceedings are not currently an option for me due to the potential costs involved, the matter has been referred to the appropriate dispute resolution ombudsman and is ongoing.

Based on the structural survey findings and the outcomes of the complaints process to date, it is my personal view that if the relevant MCS standards had been followed at the time of installation, the system would probably not have been installed in this form and the subsequent issues with the roofs might have been avoided.

This review reflects my personal experience as a customer and is based on documents in my possession including a structural survey report, formal complaint correspondence and communications with relevant industry bodies. It is written in good faith and is intended to provide a fair and accurate account of events as I understand them.

I am willing to correct this review if any factual inaccuracies are identified.

I hope the matter can be resolved and will update this review if further developments occur.

The solar panel were fitted very neatly, after consultation with ourselves over positioning. And when they came back to fit the battery and inverters, again they consulted with us as to positioning and completed the job without any fuss. A job well done.

They all did a smashing job, answered any questions that I asked with no judgement (I ask silly questions). The guys were also extremely mindful of my cats which was extremely important to me!

I recently had an inverter and battery set up, connecting them to my solar panels. The installation impressed me with its neat and tidy execution. Lewis and John, who completed the work, displayed both professionalism and a friendly, courteous demeanor. I wholeheartedly recommend their services.

Had my solar and battery system installed by this company who literally took care of everything from dealing with my DNO at the start right through to project completion including obtaining my new export MPAN number from my DNO.
I designed the system myself and knew exactly what I wanted and the company accommodated my request without hesitation, even when I had to change the design mid way, due to an oversight on my part.

Well you only know how good a company is when you unfortunately have a problem with your system, in July 2025 I purchased my GivEnergy all in One system from In2gr8ted Solutions it's been fantastic, but I have had a couple of minor problems that has been sorted quickly ,
Yesterday I had a problem with my light flickering, everything was working it was just the lights flicking, so I phoned In2gr8ted Solutions spoke to julie and explain what was happening, i was told leave it with them and they would look into it and get back to me, they got back to me later after remotely rebooting my system and told my my electricity supply was surging but it's ok now,
Later that day my electricity supply went down, turns out the fault was on the pole outside my property it was a bad connection , just as well I had a solar system to keep me going,
To cut a long story short national grid came out and fixed my electricity supply, thanks all

Our GivEnergy All in One battery stopped charging and discharging on 31st December - just before the New Year break. I emailed In2gr8ted and GivEnergy asking for help. Both companies responded on the first day back at work, and by the end of the day the problem was resolved. I'm grateful to In2gr8ted for their support in getting a solution so quickly. Their high Trustpilot rating is well-deserved.

I was very pleased with the service I have received fron In2gr8ted Solutions for what was a big project of a number of 10's of thousands of pounds. Competition was great for the contract but what clinched the deal was the liaison with the firm that installed our underfloor heating and battery system. I am glad to report that I was not disappointed.

I needed a company to come out and charge my Giveenergy batteries that had gone flat. In2gr8ted Solutions stepped up and quickly arranged for someone to visit and charge them using direct current (DC). The installer was polite, informative, and successfully fixed the batteries. The service was excellent, and I would definitely recommend them.

Unfortunately it looks like the battery has developed a fault and are waiting for help from Giv but In2gr8ted Solutions have been very helpful.
