This is a scam co ,I purchased a fan from them,it came totally unsafe and unusable, then the problem started with making contact, they don't.now trying to get paypal to help not getting a lot of joy with them yet ,all I can say is don't buy from this co.

l sent an item back that was not suitable in early december i paid £20 return postage and am still waiting for my refund i have contacted them several times and they just keep saying they are looking into it why is this taking so long its not a good policy one person i know told me that they waited 5 months for a refund what a load crap shit company i will never use this company again

This is a scam !!! I bout the sound pow and it finally arrived this morning after nearly a month. Absolutely Awful ! nit worth the £99 i paid for it. Cheap plastic and cheap machine. I feel robbed andi will not. e buying anything like this again online. Give me a trust worthy british company please !! Please don’t waste your time buying from these people.

Excellent service from Indira, after having an electricity stoppage for a full day, many electrical and internet products stopped working.
Having contacted Indira who talked me through various troubleshooting remedies, it was decided by them that I may need a new charger.
The charger was sent out and a date for the technician made.
I wasnt at home but I had the Indira app on my phone, this wasn’t a problem to the technicians, he talked me through everything. In the end the new charger wasn’t required everything was fixed and in working order.
The smart charger is something I would recommend along with the service that goes with it.

Farbenfrohe Seite. Das war es dann aber auch schon. Will man bestellen, wird man sofort zu Amazon weitergeleitet. Der Kundenservice ist kein Kundenservice, da in keinsterweise auf Anfragen geantwortet wird. Ich habe von einer Bestellung abgesehen, da das Vertrauen zum Unternehmen komplett fehlt.
