I have contacted the company via email so many times regarding cancelling my subscription, but without response, and they kept charging me and sending me their product.
WHY THEY DO NOT HAVE A PHONE NUMBER TO CALL THEM DIRECTLY?

My Mum ended up in hospital with Deep vein thrombosis due to the 20,000% Vit B12 of your daily NRV. She is now taking 6 months of blood thinner medication - I have reported this company and their dangerous supplements and kept all proofs!

Disgusting that you can't cancel your subscription until you have had 2 deliveries of these dangerous supplements. Customer Service doesn't respond to emails - absolutely appalling

Recommend to anyone to cancel your bank card so the subscription doesn't come out! Me my Mum and my sister have all had to do this!

Pregnancy multinutrient was very intolerable. You have to take 2 large capsules to get the full dose and they smell and taste very, very strong and triggered my sensitive stomach quite badly. Even after a few hours, the horrible taste from the capsule would linger.
Managed to organise a refund however cost a bit to send via recorded delivery, and then they claimed they hadn't received it in their warehouse. Very slow, inefficient customer service, had to chase them a few times for my refund.
Quite a shame as the ingredients seemed to be well formulated, but the end product is no good at all.

The multi vitamins has definitely improved my health - more energy, better sleep, nails actually growing etc. I'm sorry to hear that other customers have had issues with cancelling orders - I've swapped and changed in the past with no problems at all.

Scam company that keep charging you despite cancelling your subscription!! Avoid buying from this company.

Absolute Scam: Avoid ordering from this company!
I ordered one of their vitamins on subscription. After being disappointed by the product I decided to cancel. Turns out there is no way to cancel the subscription via the website. I emailed the company, got no response. I tried to use the live chat but it kept saying that the wait times were too long. I have still not heard back from them and I will need to call my bank to try to cancel all future payments to the company.
A company masquerading as wellness but really just a total scam.

Advanced Biotic Complex
I’ve been suffering with a severe bout of IBS since I got covid a couple of weeks ago. I ordered the Advanced Biotic Complex and am happy to say that my symptoms are so much better after just a few days. Another high quality product from this brand, I just wish they did children’s supplements as well!

Excellent multivitamin, would highly recommended it, especially to sports enthusiasts. Excellent customer service too, dealing with any issues promptly and appropriately. Thank you, great customer service

Supplements are OK but the website is hanging and has been for days now - unacceptable!

I've been using the Inessa Pregnancy Multinutrients since I found out I was pregnant in August 2023, I found the brand while searching for the best pre-natals on the market and I was very very skeptical at first as they seemed quite expensive to someone with not a lot of disposable income who loves a good deal, but wow! I truly believe they've given my nutrition, weight, sleep and pregnancy as a whole a massive boost! After 3 back to back miscarriages, these supplements gave me such peace of mind that I was doing the best
to give my baby the best start! I feel over all so much healthier! If the price tag makes you nervous, take it from me, they are worth every penny!

I changed from years of using another multivitamin product to Inessa Advanced Multivitamin and after 60 days my immune system crashed. This had never happened before, cancelled my subscription and now back on what I took previously.

I don’t understand the negative reviews at all. I have been taking the pregnancy supplements for a couple of years before getting pregnant and during my whole pregnancy so far. They are really high quality, clear ingredients and beautifully packaged. I’ve felt really great while taking them and have had no side effects. I spoke to one of their nutritionists a while back (for free!) who was so helpful when I had questions. The customer service has been great and they always have arrived on time. Cannot recommend Inessa enough!

Ok if you like spam. I don't. I asked them to stop several times and every time they lied about doing it. Product seems fine, but not worth it.

I've been taking the Inessa Multivitamin for a year or so, cheaper than all the separate vitamins I was taking and better quality. My sleep was rubbish early this year so had a chat with one of their nutritionists and now taking their Magnesium which has literally worked like a dream. Love it.

Highly recommend! As someone who has colitis & no professional has been able to help other than dose me up on medication that made me worse i took the natural route & can confirm my stomach is alot less irritated & these supplements are the only ones that don’t trigger me (my stomach hates everything!) These supplements are honestly what they say they are, & clearly so much hard work & research has gone in to it, it’s a shame undercover competitors are targeting this company with 1 star reviews. I won’t shop anywhere else. So greatful i was recommended Inessawellness, thank you! X

Quality worth the price tag!
My partner and I have been using the Advanced Daily Vitamins for around 6 months and we have both felt the change in our energy levels and concentration. An easy addition to our morning routine and absolutely worth it.
Highly recommend this product and Inessa!

I was diagnosed with NSAID induced colitis back in March 22 and had been experiencing months of discomfort which left me fatigued and miserable . A friend who had similar symptoms to mine, recommended Inessa to me and although their products are not cheap, I ordered the BioSoothe supplements. Several months on Im feeling so much better and have even been able to start introducing spicy foods into my diet again . My wallet has taken a hit but my digestive system is extremely grateful. I consider that a fair trade off.

Love the products and have always had excellent nutrition advice from the team as required. I have used the multivitamin for many years and find that it helped immensely with my fatigue. On the advice of one of the nutritionists, I have now swapped to Biosmoothe and Omega 3 to help with my joint and skin inflammation, which seem to be doing the trick! I think I will be a customer for life!
