Helpfull and freindly no hard sell made collecting car special

Not the best. Booking made to test drive car but zero customer service when arrived. Finally got served, car good, service was then ok - funnily money was involved! Car was we'll prepped before collection but there was no confirmation what it was ready and when I calledl to confirm (travelling from a distance so needed to check) no one called back. Since collection the aircon in the car has never worked. Rang, explained problem, no one has called me back. I now need to use the warranty but none of the paperwork has been sent to me. chased, nothing has arrived. I just expected better

Salesman Andrew does his upmost, everything else shocking, no after sale correspondence from anywhere, In fact the Lexus I purchased I rang Lexus main dealer to have the roadside cover put in my name, They had to contact infiniti stockport where i got the car to ask a question about something, Infiniti said they dont recall the Lexus so I had to send Lexus a bill of sale, Absolute joke !!!!!!!!!!!!!

Infiniti Birmingham were very professional, and not pushy like a lot of other car places! I had a lengthy test drive, not 10mins like normal! The representative sales I had (Brendon) was extremely patient and thorough with the finer details. I would 100% recommend infiniti retail!

Great service salesman new his product very well and explained all the functions and technical details.I ordered the car and had to go out of the country for a week. On the morning I came back they delivered the car to my house. Can't fault these guys fantastic service from start to finish.
