I am writing this to warn all parents before they join Infinity Learn. Our experience with them was very stressful and bad.I paid the full fees to enroll my daughter in their JEE preparation course on June 19th. The admission team promised us a fresh, new online batch (the June 11th, 2026 batch) at 8:15 PM with the teacher DC Pandey Sir.Instead of keeping their promise, they put my daughter into an old batch where classes had already started back in May. The class timing was changed to 6:30 PM, and 3 major chapters were already finished. This completely defeated the purpose of our enrollment and wasted weeks of my daughter's critical study time for her JEE exam.When I complained, their team made false promises to fix the issue but then started completely ignoring our emails and WhatsApp messages. Their customer care and management completely failed to help us.Because of this bad service and broken trust, I have canceled the admission. I have also filed an official complaint with the government's National Consumer Helpline (NCH) to get our money back.Please, parents, if anybody is suffering from similar issues with any institute, do not stay silent. Immediately raise a complaint on the official NCH portal to protect your rights.Please be very careful before paying any money to this institute. Do not let them waste your child's important study year.

This is worst and worst thing they are doing in education , made fake asurance and not responding to call..

Very worst, making money from parents, after making money no person we can see in live,the person who forced us to join never respond. Naresh is the mentor who forced to join for his commission,. Those who all eat our money will get 100 timesoss of money in their life

I want to share my personal experience so that others can make an informed decision.

A few representatives from Infinity Learners by Sri Chaitanya visited my home to promote their online learning platform for my children. I initially declined because there are already many AI-powered learning tools available, and I didn't feel I needed their program.

After a lot of persuasion, they convinced me to take a trial class, assuring me that I could cancel it later if I wasn't interested. During the process, they asked for my PAN card. Later, I discovered that an EMI loan of ₹3,700 had been started in my name.

I immediately contacted the representatives and requested that they cancel it. Unfortunately, they have not been answering my calls or replying to my WhatsApp messages. I also contacted my bank, but they advised me to resolve the matter directly with Sri Chaitanya. Since I have been unable to get any response, the bank has now suggested that I file a complaint with the cybercrime authorities.

Based on my personal experience, I recommend that anyone considering enrollment fully understand all documents, financing arrangements, and terms before sharing personal information or agreeing to a trial. Please be cautious and verify everything carefully before proceeding.

Infinity team mislead and misguide tha parents, their aim to enrollment and start EMI, refund policy is not follow by them.
Once you enroll, you trapped.
Nobody attend your calls/blocked you.
School se milkar ye parents ko loot rahe hain, before enrollment ye Bolte hain ki easily refund ho jayega but kuch nahi hota, We have only one way for refund - through consumer forum.
They are fraud, mujhe nahi lagta ki koi bhi inse satisfy hoga.

India's No 1 Fraud Education platform and very Smart uneducated beggars will come to home and show some smartness in front of parents like me by asking some questions try to prove our kids are running out of any knowledge and after mind washing done successfully,then if we dont have money , beggars will manage to get finance support from loan providers like Bajaj Finance, and after some time classes will stop, and later if we try to reach out beggars/Customer Support, we will not get anything.....

i noticed every one is not satisfied and not getting refund too, thereafter what action you all are done against Infinity Learn. Me too have same issue can we all together raise a petition with the consumer court. Any one ready to join? please call me at 7200226631

I enrolled my daughter in Infinity Learn's Class 12 CBSE Board Coaching Program only after their counsellor assured us during the analysis session that classes would be scheduled according to her school timings. We clearly informed them that she would be available only after school hours and required coaching only for Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics. Based on these assurances, we paid ₹35,400.

After payment, everything changed. The classes were scheduled during her school hours, making it impossible for her to attend. To make matters worse, Biology was added even though we had never requested it.

We immediately raised the issue and requested either a revised schedule or a refund. Instead of resolving the problem, Infinity Learn denied our refund request and later sent an email stating that my daughter had attended only two classes and encouraged her to attend future classes. This completely ignores the fact that the classes themselves were scheduled while she was in school. No student can be expected to skip regular school to attend online coaching.

Their email also referred to a discussion that supposedly took place over a phone call. No such discussion regarding any resolution ever took place with us.

We escalated the matter to their Grievance Cell. They acknowledged our complaint on 13 June 2026, but even after more than two weeks, no resolution, explanation, or corrective action has been provided.

Our experience has been that the assurances given before payment were not honoured after enrolment. The grievance process has been slow and ineffective, and customer concerns have not been addressed satisfactorily.

I strongly advise parents to obtain every commitment in writing and verify the actual class schedule before making any payment. Our experience has been extremely disappointing.

One of the most frustrating customer experiences I've ever had. Getting admitted was easy, but getting a genuine refund request addressed has been an exhausting ordeal. Despite repeated follow-ups, the issue remained unresolved, forcing me to file a consumer complaint.
A company's true values are reflected not in how they enroll students, but in how they treat customers when problems arise. My experience has left me completely disappointed.
If my refund is processed and the matter is resolved satisfactorily, I will update this review accordingly. Until then, I urge every parent to ask detailed questions about the refund policy, get every promise in writing, and think twice before enrolling.

This is disappointing to know that infinity learn by Sri Chaitanya is a not a good platform to enroll your child for futher studies as I who paid for 4 years course from 9th grade to 12th grade had promised us if we didn't like the course or the way the teachers teach they will refund the money back to us or provide us the study material but this is not true . It is a very big trap as this institution hasn't provided us with anything . They had made us fall for their false commitment . We have made them aware by contacting through e-mail and through phone for one year but refused to pay us back .

I enrolled my brother for the Class 9 CBSE course. What I liked most is the regular assessments and personalized feedback. The teachers don't just teach the chapter; they also guide students on how to approach exam questions and avoid common mistakes. His marks in Mathematics improved from around 70% to above 85% in the recent school exams.

One of the worst online platform. They never refund your money, what ever is your problem.They force you to register on online call within one hour.Illegal sell practise

They are terrible; they lure you in with smooth talk and swindle your money, but when you ask for a refund, they keep stalling. I lost ₹30,000 in their trap. They are a fraud—no one should trust them; just teach your children at home.

Beware of fake refund promises and endless customer support loops!
:Do not trust the sales team at Infinity Learn by Sri Chaitanya. They explicitly promise a hassle-free refund if the classes do not work out for you. However, once you actually try to claim it, their system is designed to ignore you and run out the clock.I requested a refund well within their official refund period because the classes were not working for me. What followed was an absolute nightmare of customer service loops:

False Assurances: At first, a representative explicitly told me that they would process my refund.Ghosting & Contradictions: A few days later, I received a blunt email stating my refund could not be processed—with absolutely zero background or justification as to why.
The Calling Trap: I received multiple calls asking me about my issue. Every single time, I was transferred to someone new and forced to repeat the entire story from scratch.It is incredibly frustrating. They keep routing you through different people until you get completely fed up with calling them. This platform happily takes your money but shuts the door the moment you ask them to honor their own policy.

Strongly avoid. Do not pay them a single rupee based on their "money-back guarantee" promises, as they have no intention of honoring them.

They have great teachers and timely feedback

My experience with Infinity Learn by Sri Chaitanya was very bad, Their refund policy is very poor, they insisted for making payment for holding the sheet. Ipaid them Rs 3000/- then I decided not to go for admission process and request for refund of my paid amount but they have not yet refunded the fund and also not picking my calls. I still trying to contact them for refund.
