Infinity present themselves as a trustworthy dealership offering reassuring warranties, but the reality is very different. The warranty I purchased turned out to be little more than an expensive illusion — a scheme designed to avoid responsibility at every turn. Every attempt to make a legitimate claim was met with evasiveness, delays, and excuses, and several garages outright refused to deal with them due to past experiences.

What followed was a relentless cycle of disputes, broken promises, and stress. The individual overseeing their service and warranty department repeatedly committed to resolving issues, only to reverse those commitments or simply stop responding. I spent an unreasonable amount of time chasing updates, sending emails, and making calls, only to end up paying for the repairs myself because it was less painful than continuing to battle with them.

The entire process has been exhausting, misleading, and deeply unprofessional. I would strongly advise anyone considering a vehicle or warranty from this company to look elsewhere. The frustration, wasted time, and lack of accountability are simply not worth it.

Infinity are the Dellboy of car sellers. Give you all the promise and charm of a "good deal" and a "car dealership warranty" that is hundreds of pounds spent to a company that ducks, dives and weaves their way out of anything possible to not pay for anything under Warranty. If you've done the unfortunate mistake of buying the warranty, strap in for endless arguments, garages refusing to deal with Infinity and the most stressful time of you life! Be warned! Buy your car elsewhere and dont be fooled by their warranty money making scam! George the "head of service and warranties" is head of their rogue trader outfit. Makes false promises and u-turns on anything he says he'll get sorted. I wasted hours of my life chasing, calling and emailing. The kindest thing to myself was to pay for the work myself. The stress, let downs and lies are just not worth my time. Go elsewhere!

Do not buy an extended warranty from this company. It is not worth the paper that it is written on. Have completely given up on my claim and paid for the work to be done myself.

I would 100% recommend Infinity Motors for anyone looking to buy a used car online.
I couldn’t travel to look at cars but needed to purchase something to replace my dying Fiat. Infinity have made the whole (potentially stressful) process easier than breathing!!

My personal Sales Associate Tom was the best I could have ever asked for. He talked me through every stage of the whole car buying process, from initial enquiry to final agreement, never putting pressure on me and never making me feel like I had to make a decision there and then.
Tom is knowledgeable and patient, without being condescending or arrogant, and I would 100% recommend him to anyone who’s looking to buy a used car. And one of the best parts of the whole process…Tom’s personalised video he sent me of my new car once the sale had gone through and while I was waiting for delivery to be finalised. He is thorough and professional while showing a friendly and respectful style which is perfect for any car buyer, regardless of age or gender.

The delivery of my car was easy, professional and friendly, and I didn’t have to do a thing. I really hope my delivery driver achieves his dream of going back to working with cows because that’s obviously his first love!! 😂
