Had a very poor experience
Had a very poor experience. Returned an item and 18 days later still no refund. Don’t reply to emails and take an age to answer the phone. Finally managed to speak to someone so let’s hope for a speedy resolution.

Thoroughly impressed.
I'll be honest it's probably been the better part of 20 years since I've had to purchase car cleaning products having not owned a car during this time, yet these products really have done exactly what they said they would do.
It was a car detailer on YouTube that made the recommendation and I was of course dubious because he had some fairly serious equipment which probably made the job look very easy.
But having now done it for myself a few times I can confirm that the products have made the difference as I don't have half of the equipment that he has.
All in all I am very pleased with the purchase that I made and intend to make future purchases as these products really do a superb job. Thanks.
