Paul is really understands what I what to achieve. Which means he is a good listener.He is more interested in the goals that I have than the technology that Infoserve has. He is an excellent Account Manager

So unusual to get great personal service and helpful advice from a company working in this field. I really trust them and have been with them some years.

I've been using infoserve for 5 years and have been pleased with their results and have found them easy and friendly to deal with.

Very happy with the service we receive and knowing that our listings are being taken care of behind the scenes. Our latest account manager Joyce is brilliant, nothing is too much trouble and she's super friendly too.

I went to one of their events in Leeds. Having then liaised with them, and had a meeting, it took them 2 weeks to put a 'standard' quote together, however, whilst I was at their offices they took some account details from my laptop, which I am not happy about. I believe they are gaining clients under false pretences. No explanation, no apologies, no contact since!

I am a small photography business and can rarely afford to spend extra on campaigns and advertising but Carly Harris my sales executive treats me like a top-flight customer every time we interact. She goes above an beyond to help my business succeed. The fact that she is a hoot to chat to is the cherry on top!

Useful support from Sam King, prompt & concise to resolve Facebook digital marketing issue

Sam's great at understanding your requirements. He takes time to understand your business model, product, and customer base and can then apply his expertise to develop your Facebook profile to best suit your business. He's also got great patience in dealing with people that barely understand the fundamentals of Facebook!

Unfortunately, I am extremely glad this is all over and I’m finally away from this company. I will be looking at setting up a new website for a massive list of reasons!

At first I was with a former member of there team who has now been sacked called Connor Mundy I believe. He was nothing but lies from the start which has given me an extremely bad experience with Infoserve despite having had to be given a new account manager.

Connor at the start made a lot of promises about my website and also promising to do work on his behalf if I paid extra for other things which I wasn’t 100% set on. I was being mis sold extras which I didn’t want including bing searches etc because he promised to manage my Facebook page and create twitter pages/linked in and tons more to gain me work.

None of these promises were made but that’s not the worst part at all. I was constantly hassles by him on my personal Facebook and then asked to send money to his personal account for my google campaign! He said he would send a receipt when he was back at work as he was working from home and it was supposedly due! I told Infoserve and never paid him to find out he didn’t even work for them anymore! Infoserve seemed to do nothing to compensate this and wasn’t really interested in updating me on this but he also tried this with two other friends who had websites built by them and were also promised lots more than he did.

The websites were extremely basic and in all honesty an eyesore but I had to give up trying to make changes as he just never listened or promised and never lived up to it.

This was just the start and set off an extremely bad experience from which I’d never recommend this company to anybody at all.

Please avoid at all costs!

Was with this company several years, got nothing from it all interested in is money money only good thing was my photos I sent in, always changing people about making false promises, did nothing for me.
Would not be surprised if these top reviews were wrote by there now people.
Good at trying to talk you into to buying into something that’s is costly even paid for clicks got nothing.
No infoserve writing in your reply to get in touch not interested you pests wasted enough time and money.

Digital marketing can be a nightmare if, like me, you are not totally familiar with the process. I have learnt from experience that there are a lot of companies/people out there who take advantage of people like me selling their services but mainly for their own gain. Jamie Baine and his Info Serve team made me realise this very quickly. Jamie was always there to speak to and he was happy to give me time to discuss our projects and with his professionalism and recommendations our PPC campaign results improved instantly. Info Serve are lucky to have him on board – at last I feel I have our marketing in good hands and I can see and follow the results with confidence.

I have been working with Matt Budd at Infoserve for most of this year and they have been brilliant! I would recommend Matt to anyone. He is excellent at what he does and has been so helpful. He has good ideas, fantastic experience and works hand-in-hand with you. Superb.
I might also say that the guys that actually build the sites have been excellent as well, they are so efficient and again very helpful. So a really big thanks to Graeme Buckley. If you need a company to sort out your website or build you a new one, and promote you on-line, look no further than Infoserve.

Infoserve have built us a fantastic site which looks great and is giving us a far better online presence than our previous site.
They have also been very helpful with suggestions to enable us to maximise the marketing benefits of our site and social media platforms. A big thanks to Darren Dale who has assisted us with all of this !

Would highly recommend Infoserve, they were excellent at helping us create our website. Their experts were all really helpful in both the design and technical aspects, to help us understand and get the website we needed. The Website Dashboard to self-manage after going live, for changes and blog posts, is really easy to use and they are helpful with answering questions.

I was given the task of updating our company website online, i really didnt know where to start. Thankfully i was recommended Infoserve and the minute i called and spoke to them i knew they could help and they explained everything to me step by step. We have had much more interest in our company now the website is up to date and picks up on google much more. i want to say a big thank you to Darren Dale our account manager and Michael Harrison who constructed the website, i cant thank you enough.
