Rude customer service , unprofessional team would never recommend this garage

One star is too much. My family member purchased a car from this garage and he had only just passed his test. This was his first car. He had to wait around for the vehicle to be returned as was off site having a M.O.T. When the car arrived, the driver from the garage got out of the car with pizza boxes, the car smelt of pizza…. Not how you would expect to pick up a car. Also the car was not in a position to drive straight off forecourt , so he had to reverse it himself in a car he has never driven and accidentally hit a garage car behind him.

Customer service at this garage is poor and you would expect the car to be ready, valeted and ready to drive straight off the forecourt. Garage are claiming through his insurance.

Rang manager who dealt with this. He had a rude abrupt attitude and told me to take legal action.

You expect a car to be ready, not smelling of pizza and ready for you to drive off forecourt.

Avoid!!!!

We had a very negative and distressing experience with this car dealership.

We paid a deposit for a vehicle that was advertised as being in “excellent condition.” However, when it was delivered, it had numerous scratches and clearly did not match the description provided.

We were informed that delivery would take place between 5–6 PM, but the car didn’t arrive until around 8:30 PM. The individual who delivered it behaved in a rude and confrontational manner, pressuring us to accept the car despite its poor condition. When we declined, he insisted on taking the keys back—which we were prepared to return—but we also requested a refund of our deposit.

The situation then became more heated. He raised his voice, insulted us by calling us “idiots,” and accused us of wasting his time. After a prolonged and stressful exchange, he eventually told us to contact the company the following day to arrange the return of our deposit.

Unfortunately, when we did so, the company refused to refund our money.

This deposit belonged to my 17-year-old son, and it feels as though he has been unfairly taken advantage of. The entire experience has been both shocking and unacceptable.

I would strongly caution others against dealing with this company. In my view, they misrepresent the condition of their vehicles and attempt to sell substandard cars as if they are high quality.

Please exercise caution and do not rely on their claims.

Brought my step son down to buy his first car the car lived up to the advert unlike some dealerships.
Car was fully serviced and a fresh Mot was put on it.
Imran was very polite and even gave us a little bit off the window price to help my sons costs all in all a very good service and will be recommending this dealership to friends

We purchased our used car from here in October and have been driving, trouble free for 6 months. It was an easy sale and we drove away within the hour. The after sales service has been exceptional as they arranged our MOT which was included in the original sale. I would recommend them as they have a variety of cars to suit all budgets, and I believe they are very thorough with what they sell.
