I bought a set of compatible cartridges from this store which say on them they are compatible with my printer, however they do not work. Inksave refuse to issue a refund.

I messed up my order by ordering incorrect inks, contacted Sales, re-ordered and received new inks all within less than 24 hours 👍👍

Less than 24 hours from ordering to delivery with excellent communication. You can't beat it so that is why I have recommended INKSAVE to so many friends over the years.

Cartridges don't work - no refund offered

I bought a set of compatible cartridges from this store which say on them they are compatible with my printer, however they do not work. Inksave refuse to issue a refund.

Hi Kevin

The UK printer that you have brought into this country recently will not work with any ink cartridges here in New Zealand. UK printers use different numbered ink cartridges that are not available in NZ. This is why your printer model and the cartridges it uses are not listed anywhere on our website.
Unfortunately, were were not able to offer you a refund in this case as the cartridges were no longer sealed and had been installed in an overseas printer that they were not designed for, apologies for that. Thank you for allowing us the opportunity to offer additional information on this matter.
