I was really looking forward to receiving my pillow. To my surprise a very small pillow was posted out to me. I was expecting a standard size pillow and was very disappointed. The pillow is firm and a good shape and I took it away with me but I can’t use it every day as it doesn’t fit my pillowcases.

I have had a sore neck for almost a year now so I ordered this pillow for support. It is very comfortable an I feel my neck has improved. It is a good firm pillow that fits well around your shoulders. I am really happy with my pillow
Maybe a leaflet sent along with the pillow would have been helpful to figuring out what way round to put it in your bed.

The neck pillow itself takes a little to get used to, but is quite good..... would have been nice if there were a pillowcase with it, as you can't really customise a standard one.

I'm sorry to say that the back pillow is perhaps THE MOST UNCOMFORTABLE thing I've ever tried to sleep on; and after weeks of trial and error, I have now given up and relegated it to the cupboard 🙄🥺

The first pillow and cover fell apart very quickly. Innopillows were kind enough to send a replacement. Unfortunately the quality/ construction of the cover has not been addressed.
The pillow design is brilliant and does the job of relieving back pain. However, the product is let down by poor standard of manufacturing. Maybe increase the price and produce a better pillow cover that will withstand wear.

I have just purchased my second Innopillow. The service is unbelievably good, They answered my query quickly it was delivered quickly. Then my first one broke and without any quibbles they replaced it. My second is I feel better more adjustable and it certainly helps me get a good nights sleep.

I love my new Innopillow and would recommend it to anyone with back or pelvic pain!

This is a good pillow although it's a bit too high in the neck for me, it would be perfect if there was an option for a smidge lower. Other than that it is a good pillow

What a fantastic company. I already had the knee pillows but now the game has been raised with the neck pillow. My quality of sleep has improved no end. I think of these two pillows as my power combo as my back aches are gone.

Pillow works great. The problem is the Velcro has torn a hole in the fabric and the fabric is very stringy.

I bought one of these pillows in 2020 during the first lockdown so waited about 6 weeks for it to come from China. When it arrived I was really pleased with it and it helped greatly with my knees in bed. Unfortunately the inner foam split top and bottom so I used some hard wearing tape to stick in back together. The tape has started to pull away so I thought I'd message Innopillows to see if they had received any other similar problems. I received a reply straight back asking to forward photo of the damaged pillow, which I did. Sara replied back offering a new pillow with no charge to myself. It would also be a better quality one than I had originally ordered, a Bamboo one. I have received great customer service with step by step emails and messages. I am looking forward to receiving a new pillow, hopefully it won't take too long.

It took a long time to get here, over 6 weeks, tracking is not with any companies that can be tracked. The pillow is super hard, very disappointed.

I bought 2 of these pillows but they were too hard for me and actually led to pains in my legs.
I contacted the company quite a while ago to explain the situation and they assured me that a softer version was coming out and they would send me a complimentary one.
Needless to say I have not received it.

Great pillow! It's very comfortable and it helps with hip pain when I'm lying on the side. Also useful as a neck pillow when lying on the couch. Washable cover. Thank you Innopillow!

I would have loved to try an Innopillow, however I never received mine. Very disappointed. The positive side is that after several months I did receive a refund.

Customer Service was very helpful when I had a problem with my pillow cover. They asked for a photo to show the problem, so I sent that with an explanation, and they sent me a replacement. I love my pillow and appreciate the prompt service.

Good quality and comfortable to sleep with,

Very happy with my knee pillow. It's comfy, even with the strap on around my leg. Doesn't move while I sleep, and it's helped greatly to relieve my sore hip.
