I came across this company on instagram and loved the personalised book marks. I ordered one for myself and for my sister. It was before Christmas so I knew there was a wait and I was prepared for this.
When they did arrive it was definately worth the wait. I am more rhwn happy and have placed another order since. With more ideas in mind for gifts.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

I placed 2 orders, one in November 2023 and one in January 2024. I agreed to the 12 week lead times. My first order I placed in November 2023 didn’t arrive after 12 weeks, however I gave the business the benefit of the doubt as they had posted publicly about their family bereavement. I left it a little longer and then messaged them to ask where my order was. I was told ‘it was sent a while ago and really should have arrived by now. As soon as I’m home this week I will enquire with Royal Mail’ … 15 days after this message I’d had no reply so I emailed to chase this up. No response. However they were continuing to post on social media with all their latest offers and deals and I was continuing to receive their latest offer emails etc.
I then messaged on Instagram and explained the whole situation again.
I was told that they hadn’t got back to me again because of the family bereavement and their email response times hadn’t been their usual standard. I was told an enquiry had been opened with Royal Mail but they hadn’t heard anything back from them so they would check on Monday when I get were at their local delivery office.
I explained about my outstanding order I had placed in January and that I was now concerned that this would also not arrive in time as this was a gift. I was specifically told ‘I’ll get your recent order made and sent out this week too to try and ensure this arrives in time for you.’
9 days later… still no response and no sign of my recent order either.
I had to message a further 3 times until I received another response, yet, she was still active on Instagram, posting stories and posts, just not reading my messages.
I finally decided to ask for a refund of both my orders as it was 6 months since placing my first order, and then the promise of my January order being made and sent out also didn’t come to fruition.
I received a reply almost immediately telling me that Royal Mail has confirmed my original order had been delivered - I can 100% guarantee this was has not been received. I was told that she would check in again about this with Royal Mail and raise a case with them. I was only asked at this point if I wanted a refund or a replacement. This was 5 months after I originally ordered. With all the hassle of this (and not going into too much personal detail, the reason that the order was placed in the first place was very sentimental) I decided I wanted a refund.
There was absolutely no mention of my January order that was apparently going to be made and posted out the week she’d said she would make it - this hasn’t arrived and she hasn’t mentioned anything about speaking to Royal Mail about this so I would assume she didn’t even fulfil that order for me as promised anyway.
I asked for a refund of ALL my orders again.
I have now received emails confirming that the refunds have been submitted.

I suggested to the business that she needs to perhaps look at how the orders are sent out because you are not provided with any tracking and no proof had been provided to show that orders had been delivered. Not to mention you receive no information to say that an order has been shipped out in the first place.

I completely understand and appreciate that the owner of the business had been going through a family bereavement which is why I actually waited longer for my original order, however to then have to spend time chasing up for replies and even being ignored on social media, I don’t think this is fair to customers.

**The only reason there has now been an ‘influx’ of good reviews here over the last couple of days since all the negative reviews below is because I told the business owner that I was concerned to see that I was not the only one who had experienced exactly the same issues as others. They then posted on their Instagram stories and asked for people who had ordered and been happy with their order to message her. I assume there have then been private messages between the business owner and these buyers and she has asked them to put positive feedback on here**

If you do decide to order, just be wary that if you don’t receive your order, you will have to chase for answers and this is a drawn out process. I am very disappointed as I was excited to order initially but I would much rather support a small business who can honour orders; but also provide you with a more supportive customer service to actually resolve issues too.

I have made 3 orders with this lovely company and soon to be 4! Two of the orders were for myself and one was a gift which my friend absolutely loved too! The website is clearly marked with turnaround time on the items and they are definitely worth the wait, you can tell so much care has went into every single piece to ensure it is perfect. Thank you!

Found this company on Insta and really liked some of their designs, so thought I'd gift it a go.
Really pleased with the items when they came through - simple designs and not 'in your face' and you can tell they were made with care.
Good quality material (wire) too, although I've only had black ones so far, and they come well packaged and with good instructions.
Have a couple of ideas in mind for gifts for special birthdays this year, for something 'that bit different', so will order again

I've ordered different items from in multiple occasions and have always been pleased when I've received them.
They're lovely little features in my lounge and bedroom, with some given as gifts too. I love the fact Lauren offers bespoke ones with words that I choose, rather than just ones to pick from - my 'snore'and 'dream' his and hers signs are my favourite!
They can take a while to arrive, but when they do, the quality and time that's gone into them is clear. Always found Lauren helpful and polite when communicating with her about orders.
My latest ones have just arrived and yet again I love it.

I placed an order with Lauren and needed to make a small amendment to the design after I had placed the order, which she responded to my message quickly and was happy to make the change with no additional cost to me. I received the item within the specified wait time advertised on her website and am very happy with the quality of the item! This was my first time purchasing from Lauren and I will be using her again! Thank you

Very disappointed with this business. My order has never arrived. I ordered mine in October 23 and still nothing. I emailed multiple times, and the lady said it was with Royal Mail. The last email I sent was 5 weeks ago and never heard a reply. Extremely disappointed and annoyed as I’d spent over £30. Will not use again.

I ordered an item in August 2023 and then again in November and I still haven’t received either item. I have emailed her several times. At first she said that my order had been dispatched so I should receive it in the next few days. After a couple of weeks I emailed and asked her if she had a tracking number as the items still hadn’t arrived. She told me she would get back to me with the details but never did. I have emailed her several times since but she doesn’t even reply.

Avoid ordering if possible!

Had two orders with in other words designs and didn’t receive anything!
I made my first order with her in October 2022 for some Christmas decorations. Which were allegedly dispatched in November. I waited until after Christmas to message as there were postal strikes, so put it down to this. I was told to wait a little longer in case it did turn up, and that they would chase up the order with Royal Mail. I waited another 3 weeks before messaging again as I had heard nothing. I asked for a refund and received it promptly.

I decided to try and order again in September 2023, to give the benefit of the doubt. I queried after I made the order when it would arrive and told it would be posted before Christmas. It did not arrive!
I questioned before Christmas 2023 but was told it could not be checked as I did not buy tracked. But didn’t even receive a dispatch email.
I messaged a few times and after this, as was told I could get a replacement. After excepting heard nothing else! After constant messaging I asked for a refund, which I had to message twice for. Refund was finally issued. Would never order again!
Wish I had seen the other two reviews on here before ordering.

Items were lovely but the shipping time is crazy. Made three separate orders during their Fiver Friday promos, one in June 23, one in July 23 and one in September 23. All were Christmas items. June order came in November 23, July order came in February 24 and September order came 29th of Dec 23.

Communication was difficult and I often had to message multiple times to get a response. told of issues with local post office etc. the items are great but I wouldn’t order again because the lead time is too long and actual delivery is even longer

ordered late 2022 and didn't receive till late march. Felt like I was spoken to rudely when I said my parcel had not arrived after 4 months! when I emailed to say the second parcel sent out has not arrived it seemed like I was being accused of lying
although the quality of the product is good I would not order again due to the length of time and way my complaint was dealt with.
