This company replaced the roof on our bungalow. They worked very hard and were always on time. Due to good weather they managed to finish ahead of schedule. They cleared up very well when the work was complete. We thoroughly recommend this company.

If you’re looking for a contractor you can actually trust, stop searching. Insight ProBuild was exceptional — not just in the quality of work, but in the way the whole job was run. The organisation and project management were better than many professional PMs: clear milestones, regular check-ins, problems handled calmly, and everything kept moving without me having to chase.

And the biggest thing: complete honesty and transparency. The quote was clear, costs were fair, and there were no hidden fees, no vague extras, no last-minute surprises. Everything felt clean, straightforward, and genuinely professional — which is sadly rare in this space. Working with Insight ProBuild was a total breath of fresh air. Insight ProBuild completed our mansard loft conversion including a complete new roof structure with steel work and lead finish on the mansard dormer windows. The structure was completed quickly to a high level following the architects plans. Internally the specialists Anil arranged to do plastering, install a new staircase, tile and seal the bathroom were absolutely top level and gave the conversion a very high quality finish.

Anil was very communicative, he regularly checked in on the project making sure we were happy each step of the way, and running all decisions by us. He also advised and acted on any requests and concerns we had.

As it was our first building project we also appreciated the advice he gave us on suppliers and when internal materials, windows etc needed to be ordered.

We’re absolutely thrilled with the results of our home renovation! From day one, the team was professional, reliable, and a pleasure to work with. Communication was excellent throughout — we were kept fully informed at every stage, felt supported, and guided the whole way through.

Despite over half the house being worked on (70 sqm double storey extension), the team made it possible for us to remain living in the property by setting up a temporary living space, which made a huge difference to our experience. The external brick finish looks fantastic, and the new roof structure and major steel work enabled the creation of a stunning open-plan kitchen and dining area that has transformed the way we live in our home.

Anil was always design and solutions focused, offering smart ideas that helped us make the most of the space whilst keeping our family needs at the heart. The kitchen and bathroom installations were completed to a good standard, with clear attention to detail. What really stood out was how fast and dedicated the team was. Anil and his team were fantastic from start to finish—I can't recommend them highly enough. This was a rear, part-two story extension on a Victorian cottage, including a new kitchen and bathroom. I found Insight ProBuild online and was initially a bit apprehensive, but Anil’s professionalism, honesty, and transparency quickly put me at ease. This was my first house renovation, and Anil kindly guided me through the entire process. He offered clear advice and handled any challenges with calm, pragmatic solutions. The property dates back to the late 1800s, and Anil fully understood my desire to preserve its period charm while blending it with a modern finish. His team was incredibly hardworking—on-site early every day from Monday to Saturday—and always maintained a positive attitude, even with the tricky site access. As well as coordinating the build Anil effectively helped manage the project ensuring we knew what needed to be purchased and when and offering advice when needed

We had Insight ProBuild complete a full ground floor refurbishment, and the results exceeded our expectations. The project included new wiring, plumbing, a beautiful kitchen, utility room, WC, and coat room, all finished to a high standard.

We recently celebrated the completion of our fully renovated home, projected and managed by Insight ProBuild. Anil and his team were nothing less than professional. After extensive searches for the right professionals to renovate our dream home, we decided to team up with Anil. They invested all the time and efforts required and ensured we were informed through every stage of this major project. Like any project, there are ups and downs, but the level of communicate is no less than commendable. We thank Insight Probuild for the fabulous outcome to our dream home. We hired Insight Probuild to carry out a full house refurbishment including an extension and loft conversion. This included internal structural changes requiring major steel structural work, electrical & plumbing works, external walls brickwork and rendering, flooring and internal decorating. In addition to experience and technical know-how, one of the key reasons for choosing Anil was his attention to detail and communication. At the start of the project, we were provided with a very detailed quote and schedule of work for the entire project which helped track activities and hence build progress.

Anil worked with us from the design stage helping us plan the refurbishment and advising on design elements. Once the project started, Anil visited the site regularly to ensure his team carried out work as per the plan. Insight Probuild were very professional and organized which ensured that work progressed as planned. We were well-informed about the build progress throughout the duration of the project as Anil scheduled in weekly catch ups with us to update on progress and discuss challenges. The team is very experienced which helped implementing our vision involving complex structural build for the loft, extension, and internal re-arrangements.

Like any other build, there were unforeseen challenges however, Anil came up with solutions which saved time and also were aligned with the design/vision. The extension in the front of the house was carried out very well with Anil and his team taking extra care in ensuring the façade looked seamless, this was a challenge because the bricks originally used for the house were discontinued. Anil surveyed different suppliers to find the closest match; in addition, his team carefully removed bricks from the existing wall to ‘mix and match’ with the new bricks so that the ‘extended’ part blended in with the existing structure. Anil also provided a lot of input in the loft conversion where we had challenges due to height restrictions. This was tricky as the bathroom was being built in the loft which meant we needed to consider plumbing constraints as well. He worked with us, exploring different design options so that we achieve our vision whilst overcoming the ceiling height and plumbing constraints. Despite the time lost on such unforeseen challenges, Insight Probuild delivered on time without compromising on quality and vision. We highly recommend Insight Probuild/Anil and are glad we chose them for our build which has been completed to the highest spec and within budget/timelines set out at the start.
