In:spa is the best! I have done a number of retreats before but this was absolutely the most professional and luxurious. The trainers and all staff are top class, food was divine (once I recovered from my sugar cravings). I would recommend following the advice to detox the week before but I came home from my week feeling energised, rejuvenated and relaxed. A wonderful group of people, stunning location in Morocco and faultless attention to detail. Thank you Chris, Heather, Tara, Aoife, Antonia and Lisa. The best!

The In-Spa team are very professional, compassionate and friendly. They make their guests feel at ease and are non judgemental. You leave feeling totally relaxed and refreshed. 100% would return to Marrakech and/or explore their other venues.

The team were fantastic. They were extremely professional, supportive and challenging when appropriate. Encouraging and supportive but never prescriptive. They were present but also respectfully distant.
The accommodation was beautiful and the range of activities meant there is something to suit everyone.
Truly a fantastic break if you want fitness, health and relaxation.

I had no idea just how restorative this first Inspa retreat experience would be. It exceeded all expectations and was the best use of holiday I have made in a while. I felt so happy and healthy by the end of the week and I have learnt a lot to help keep me on track in the future. The Inspa team were professional, knowledgeable and very friendly. There was a great atmosphere at the gorgeous, family run venue in the south of France. Delicious food, superb classes, and wonderful hikes. That combined with lovely fellow guests made it a special week. If you're undecided, go for it! It's an investment in your current and future health and well-being.

A wonderful week in Southern France with a motivating and encouraging coaching team, a beautiful and calm location, a kind and caring host family, and a very friendly and supporting group. Topped off with delicious food!

From the moment I booked the trip to arriving in beautiful Tuscany I was so well looked after, didn't have to think about anything apart from enjoying the experience and feeling so much better than I have in a very long time! The team were amazing, knowledgable, so approachable and fun, as were the other like minded guests. Couldn't recommend this more, definitely going again.. my new yearly MOT for body and soul !!

I was very pleased! The venue and the rooms were breathtaking, the team absolutely perfect, the food was delicious and the ambience was a dream. In addition, the wonderful participants were absolutely gorgeous and the atmosphere was more than harmonious and very good. The daily routine was perfectly coordinated and we had enough time in between for ourselves and to sunbath by the pool. The only drawback was the transfer, which was extremely expensive. It cost me as much as the flight. There should be another solution for participants, who do not come from England! But I am sure that the in:spa team will find a perfect solution for this as well. I have reserved a place again for next year. :-) Great recommendation from me!

Inspa are a fantastic organisation. The fitness detox and wellbeing holiday is planned carefully to nurture mind body and soul. The team ensure that all your expectations are exceeded. We had great camaraderie as guests.

It was a fantastic week in every respect. The Tuscan location was stunning; the host team members lead by Chris were fantastic, so knowledgeable and professional; and the food was delicious and plentiful. I felt refreshed and revitalised on my return - never has detox and exercise been so much fun!

The whole experience was fantastic. The staff Chris, Gemma, Sophia and Lisa were so enthusiastic and encouraging, we felt supported and motivated throughout our 5 days. The food was fabulous and very inspiring, Aoiffe a great chef. I shared the experience with my daughter, sister in law and two nieces and we all would like to return.

Now been back for 2 weeks and I’m still feeling fantastic! It was the most transforming, uplifting and enlivening few days in an incredibly gorgeous setting. I’ve been going on and on about how amazing everything was, all the Inspa team and Angela and DK were wonderful, we were looked after so beautifully in our bodies and tummies and minds. I have been channeling Chris and Gemma’s energy in my workouts, Sophia’s calm and flow in yoga practice, Aoife’s creativity in the kitchen (and those knife skills!), Lisa’s accessible and vital nutrition advice, and Isabelle’s work on my shoulders has left me feeling so light and easy.
The space DK and Angela have created at their beautiful chateaux is magic, couldn’t be a more relaxing and charming environment.

A truly transformational week. A wonderful group of people led by the most incredible team of PTs, nutritionist, massage therapist, yoga instructor and chef. Not only have I returned home feeling the fittest and healthiest ever, but I've made friends for life and am ready to tackle life head on. Thank you team for a magical week!
