Achat d'un produit seconde vie sur le…

Achat d'un produit seconde vie sur le site instantpot. Envoi rapide, le produit est arrivé non nettoyé mais cela était indiqué dans le descriptif. Un élément accessoire était manquant mais le service client l'a aussitôt envoyé suite à mon mail. Le produit est en parfait état et fonctionne très bien.

Zeer teleurstellende ervaring

Zeer teleurstellende ervaring met Instantpot.nl. Mijn Instant Pot kwam defect aan, het airfryer-mandje had al beschadigde teflon, onveilig om te gebruiken. De klantenservice was niet behulpzaam, bood alleen een waardeloze kortingsbon aan in plaats van een oplossing, en weigerde de prijs aan te passen terwijl die één dag na mijn bestelling omlaag ging. Ik moest het hele product retourneren en ongeveer 15 dagen wachten op mijn terugbetaling. Slechte productkwaliteit en slechte service, ik raad het niet aan.

Hartelijk dank voor het delen van uw ervaring. Wat spijtig om te lezen dat u onze service als teleurstellend heeft ervaren. Dat is uiteraard nooit de indruk die wij willen achterlaten.

We willen graag benadrukken dat we altijd ons uiterste best doen om elke klant zo goed mogelijk te helpen. In uw geval ging het om een zeer kleine beschadiging aan het airfryer-mandje, op een plek die nooit in contact komt met voedsel en daardoor ook geen veiligheidsrisico vormde. Desondanks hebben wij direct een riante vergoeding aangeboden als tegemoetkoming, omdat we begrijpen dat u een product in perfecte staat verwacht.

Daarnaast betreuren we het dat u teleurgesteld was over het prijsverschil dat ontstond na uw bestelling. Promoties worden bij ons vaak spontaan ingevoerd en kunnen vooraf helaas niet worden voorspeld. Ook hiervoor hebben we u een aanvullende compensatie aangeboden, in de hoop een passende oplossing te bieden.

Toen bleek dat dit voor u niet toereikend was, hebben wij het product kosteloos retour genomen, inclusief een gratis retourlabel. We vinden het dan ook erg jammer dat u, ondanks deze inspanningen, ontevreden bent gebleven over onze service.

Bij Kenners BV streven we altijd naar klanttevredenheid en een hoge kwaliteit in zowel product als service. Gelukkig blijkt dat ook uit de ervaringen van duizenden andere klanten: met een totaalscore van 9,4 uit 10, gebaseerd op 4.554 beoordelingen, beveelt maar liefst 98% van onze klanten ons aan via Kiyoh. We zijn inmiddels meer dan 86.000 keer bekeken, wat ons sterkt in onze inzet voor betrouwbaarheid en klantgerichtheid.

We hopen dat u in de toekomst toch nog eens voor ons kiest, zodat we de kans krijgen om u wél een prettige ervaring te bieden.

Thank you for reaching out and sharing your experience with us. We're truly sorry to hear about the issues you encountered with not one, but two of our pots, and the subsequent challenges in resolving this matter with our support team.

We understand how disappointing it must be to receive a broken appliance followed by a faulty one. Offering €50 as compensation for the minimal damage was our attempt to resolve the situation fairly and swiftly, given the circumstances. We strive to respond to all our customer inquiries promptly, but please understand that mid-January is an exceptionally busy period for us, following the Christmas season. This can sometimes affect our response times, despite our best efforts.

We want to assure you that cases like yours are rare and not reflective of the high standard of quality and service we aim to provide, as evidenced by our high average customer reviews (over 4100 reviews on several platforms with average rating of 9,4 and 96% would recommend us). We take pride in our customer service and always seek to resolve any issues in the best interest of our customers.

However, your situation, along with similar cases, has unfortunately led us to the difficult decision to no longer ship Instant Pots to Croatia and several other countries. The long transport distances have resulted in a high rate of damage during transit, making it incredibly expensive and challenging for us to manage returns and ship replacements.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and disappointment this situation has caused. Our team is continuously working on improving our processes and policies to prevent such occurrences in the future.
