The “Intellipost” itself is great, well designed, well made and totally reliable.
I’ve had mine for almost two years now and it’s never missed a beat.
Simon and his team are excellent. They did a great install for me and left everything clean and tidy.
A highly recommended product and company.
I have just had them back to fit a couple of remotes to electric garage doors and nothing is too much trouble.
I am very happy with them and their products.

I had my first Intellipost installed nearly three years ago and overall I am delighted with it. Ok there have been some teething problems but what new product doesn’t have those. The issues were however dealt with promptly by Simon and his team. Previously I was always having cars using my driveway to turn and this immediately stopped as soon as the post was installed. It’s so easy to operate using the App either when at home or away. I extended my drive last year and bought a manual post hoping to save a few pounds but it looked that cheap against the Intellipost. It was also very inconvenient having to go out in all weathers to raise or lower it. I therefore got in touch with Simon and he agreed to remove the manual post and replace it with another Intellipost. I cannot fault the Intellipost nor the after sales service, thank you. Now thinking of getting another one on the drive

Intellipost as a product is brilliant. I have a few at the end of my driveway, securing all vehicles and also put a stop to random cars using my driveway to turn around in which was a near daily occurrence. They are well worth the money for both physical security aspect and peace of mind they provide.

Battery wise they last 6-8 weeks of daily use. Easy to recharge in a few hours and have up and running. I'd suggest purchasing additional batteries to hot swap if always in use.

Service wise is where Intellipost have really impressed me. Now these guys are not local to me, they are about 5hrs away. Yet install was done quickly and with great attention to detail on a newly laid driveway. I've had one bollard damaged by a delivery driver (a blind one!?) and Simon and team were out quickly to replace the damaged bollard and get everything back to new. Support for questions etc have always been promptly dealt with.

It's a niche product, but I love it. The app is easy to use, can connect via Bluetooth or over the net remotely. You can even provide a guest virtual key via the app, block it for set times/days if you need to give access to others.

Neighbours probably have concerns when I'm out rubbing baby oil onto them, but good care keeps them running sweet 😂

Nothing but problems with this post - been broke more than its worked. The guys were great at first in rectifying, but now been trying to contact for months and just ignored. Resorted to paying again for a good old fashioned key one!

Couldn’t rate these guys enough. Three years later posts have been an incredible investment. Customer service is genuinely exceptional these guys have helped me get out of trouble @ 11pm before lol

Hi. I have had an Intellipost Bollard installed in Bristol, to secure my driveway. It's a great product and a slick solution to stopping people using your driveway. My experience is that, sure, there have been issues with the battery and the control board failing. These are teething issues with a relatively new product, as expected. (They are sorted now). But on both occasions they have been brilliant in sorting the issue. They sent me an upgraded battery, which is now fully IP rated and then on another occasion, they sent me a replacement control board within 24hours. I have dealt with Simon the owner who was very professional, honest and courteous. This is a great product and I hope they expand into Europe. Thank you.

Great security & peace of mind

After some initial teething problems (which were dealt with extremely quickly and professionally) our post has been functioning perfectly and provides excellent added security to our property. Would definitely recommend.

Intellipost bollards are an excellent product and I’ve always had quick responses to deal with any issues that have arisen

The product works well when working. Simon is responsive but sometime there is a delay in repairing due to shortage of staff

An excellent product supported by a company who responds very quickly to any problem that could potentially arise. Have had mine for about two years with no problems however battery could be improved with its hours of use between charges. But overall a excellent product.

Great experience from start to finish. My post was installed within a week of purchase. I was provided with a fast and reliable service. Staff are always on hand to help with any issues I’ve had since and are extremely helpful. Highly recommend.

They tried to scam us with 3 bollards which never got delivered. We took them to court and they paid everything back after months of saying it was Shopify’s fault. Lying and deceiving scumbags!

Update February 2026:
6 months after my last Intellipost stopped working the product has been removed and I have a full refund. The company director became involved and my issue was finally resolved.

I'd like to warn anyone considering an Intellipost that they should avoid our experience. We purchased one post to protect our new motorhome in May 2023. The saga is endless but the post has failed 8 times over two years. On 3 occasions we have had full replacements which also failed within a few months. The company dodges and delays service support so the post spends most of its time not working. Their product is clearly not fit for purpose. I am seeking a refund but they will not reply to my emails and they will not collect recorded delivery mail delivered to the office of their registered director. Strongly recommend you avoid. The experience has been utterly miserable and quite stressful.
