ESTOY VIENDO SI ME LO PUEDEN DEVOLVER LOS DEL BANCO, INCREIBLE QUE SE APROVECHEN DE LAS PERSONAS DE ESTA FORMA, ESTOY CON PROBLEMAS DE DINERO Y VAN Y ME ROBAN, NO SE COMO DENUNCIAR ESTO, AYUDA POR FAVOR!!

IQ Metric is a scam. Its not a IQ test, its a scam thats made up with intention to steal your card details.

IQ Metric will lure you in with a 0,50 euro one-time-charge, and when you have given them your card information, they AUTOMATICALLY charge you 39 euros per month, first time only after 48 hours.

IQ Metric dont send you any receipts or notices about the actual subscription you made, or the upcoming automatic payments. Its up to you to notice these unauthorized payments sent from your bank account, until that they will steal what they can.

IQ Metric is doing this while being full aware that its illegal (under UK and EU laws) to take subscription payments without sending receipts or notices.

On many answers here, IQ Metric refers to their Terms&Conditions, and that by accepting them, you've given them a permission to charge you the 39 euros monthly, if you dont cancel the subscription in 48 hours. What they dont tell you, is that in fact the cool-off period for online purchases (including digital content) is 14 days. IQ Metric is just counting on you not to know your rights. Also, IQ Metric is full aware, that the Terms&Conditions must be shown clearly before you confirm the payment, and that it's not supposed to be behind a link or with a text with a tiny font size.

If you've been robbed by IQ Metric/Espresso.Social Ltd, please write your review on them on every platform you know, so that they will rise up on Google searches and people dont fall for this scam.

Einfach nur schlecht, aufpassen abofalle

Truffa , mi viene da ridere perché siamo in tantissimi ad essere stati truffati come idioti … per fare test di intelligenza ! Abbiamo già la risposta del nostro QI.
Ora ironia a parte . È una TRUFFA , e non provate a rispondere che nel contratto bla bla bla perché ho annullato immediatamente e sono 3 mesi che pago . Mi sono accorta oggi e denuncio lunedì .
Consiglio Attenzione tutti gli ingenui o distratti a volte dalla noia come me .

Terribili!!! Se fate il test vi ritroverete abbonati senza neanche accorgervene. Oggi ho notato degli addebiti (3, per l'esattezza) di 39 euro l'uno e je chiesto il rimborso (che difficilmente avrò). In ogni caso ho disdetto l'abbonamento, con tanto di conferma da parte loro. Vedremo cosa succederà il 16 Novembre 2023.

Eigentlich sollte ich 0 Sterne geben, aber leider ist Möglichkeit nicht vorhanden. 0,50 Euro + 39 Euro für ein IQ Test?! Dafür das ich mit 80 IQ erfahren musste, dass ich lernbehindert bin, war das ein teurer Preis.

Comme beaucoup. Un payement de 0,50€ que je pensais etre le seul puis la surprise du mois suivant 39€.

Il réponds facilement et rapidement par mail. Mais si je doute de leurs sincérité a me retrouver dans leurs base de données. Soit disant mon adresse mail n’existe pas.

Je me suis faite arnaquer également. Vs faites un test et on vous demande de payer 0,50€ puis on vous abonne automatiquement pour la « modique » somme de 39€ !!! Je n’étais même plus retournée sur ce site. Comment avez vous fait pour vous faire rembourser ?

Just adding my review. Exactly the same as the others. Test result questionable as I did an official test once with totally different result. Same result as the others here (75). No mention of subscription on the page where you pay for the test itself. Suddenly a subscription. Can't cancel through the website so now as awaiting customer service reply. Utter scam.

Mio figlio ha fatto il test x curiosità e arrivato alla fine mi ha detto che per vedere il risultato doveva pagare 0.50€, e ovviamente ho acconsentito, per poi trovarmi abbonato a 39€ al mese.
Io sarò stato distratto e non avrò letto qualche passaggio, ma loro sono delle m....

I did not subscribe to anything I only paid to see my results so I want a refund and I called the bank to let them know and they blocked the payment account for the future. This is horrible. I did the test months ago and I’m a college student that was my last €39 so I need it back. They took money on the 24th so I should get it back.

Tentativo di frode. Se fai il test di 0,50 ti attivano un abbonamento a tua insaputa. Ho dovuto bloccare la carta.

Une grosse arnaque, je n'ai pas réussi à trouver une adresse pour leur demander de me rembourser. Je n'ai reçu aucun bilan.
J'aurai mis aussi zéro si j'avais pu.

Como bien dicen en otros comentarios, haces la prueba por pocos euros y te meten en una suscripción de 39€/mes sin que te enteres.

No tienen vergüenza.

This is a absolute scam I was charged 50cents and then was charged 39 euro. That's a devious scam, it's clearly just made as a scam or a money grab I don't even know how this is even legal
