IronEdge has a great name in the fitness industry and has a great range of fitness products. This time I purchased the Inertia Wave; what an awesome piece of kit.

Amazing customer service. Had a slight mixup with deliveries and sorted it out with ease and they went above and beyond to contact the courier. (was our fault).

Awesome products. The Matrix Rig, incline bench and barbell are top notch and couldn't be happier! We now have commercial level gym setup for a home gym, at home gym pricing.

Just sent an email to review recent purchase… My purchase was cancelled due to an oversell caused by technical issues from site, I was not offered any comp such as a 5% off code etc…yet emailed to review? Very disappointing

Belt was meant to be deep bright red . On arrival it was pink peach I was spewing. I tried the belt as it was nice leather without the need to break it in. Loved the belt , best support and feel on hips. So I now wear a pink peach belt 🤮 you buttso’s are forgiven

The quality of the equipment is very good and presents nicely. The wide matrix does wobble somewhat due to the height and length however. The attachments purchased are excellent and well received by clients and has made coaching much easier and has also freed up floor space.

Staff were competent and professional in helping with a pay online issue and advised how to overcome this in the future.

Access to the affiliate program was timely as was tracking of orders and receipt of order confirmation. The website and account page is easy to navigate and I have begun to refer clients for products, which is also an easy process and presents well with referral links.

Toll delivery were a bit clumsy, the first order was at the depot for 3 days and I had to follow up for delivery navigating an unhelpful system. They were able to deliver that day and delivery staff were great. I was told I would have to pay extra for a tail lift if I didn't have a forklift at the delivery site lol eventually staff realised IE had already allocated for that.

Assembled product is great, boxes arrived damaged with massive tears and holes in the external packaging. I had concerns of parts missing however everything was there. No damage to the product itself. There were no assembly instructions in the boxes so i had to find them on the website. Assembly was quick and the units are very sturdy. I am very pleased with what I received, the kids and I have been using it everyday.
