I ordered 2x .250g plates end of November. Contacted them 3 times and have only had one response. Still no tracking information. Wont be shopping again

Great customer service
My interactions with Matt from the sales team was exceptional. There were some issues with items being damaged in transit and there was absolutely no problems in getting replacements sent. Very professional and helpful.
