KEEP AWAY!!!!! THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY. The first orders were fine and i thought i had found genuine people. but after that they took my money and disappeared after many months of going on at them from every avenue as they ignored me on whatsapp. They send me package, they changed one of the expensive designs i chose and sqapped it for some ugly cheap one i never wanted. Keep away!!!!!

while I understand that people may have different experiences, I actually have had great experiences from this company. It does take a while to receive your product but it states that under the product. Any questions I've had has been answered with in 24 hours. So I was pleased with that as well. My advice to other is to look closely at what you're buying and the material. Get a few pieces first to see if you actually like the product vs buying a lot and being disappointed. I've ordered from this company, about 4 or 5 times and each time I've been pleased. I do a thourough quality check of everything

Istabuy it's a scam .
The same like another business owner I am in the same situation , I am put my order through in January and I haven't received nothing since.
No refund issue .
No response back for days.
Please avoid as much as possible .

I placed an order for clothing items totaling 642.66 euro on 21 December 23, intending to use them for my business in the UK. However, after the payment went through and reached the seller's account, I have not received any response to my numerous emails inquiring about the status of my order. It has become apparent to me that Istabuy is a scam operation, preying on unsuspecting customers and taking their hard-earned money without delivering the promised goods or services.

I urge everyone to be cautious and vigilant when dealing with online retailers, especially those with questionable or non-existent customer service. It is crucial to do thorough research and read reviews before making any purchases, to avoid falling victim to deceitful businesses like Istabuy. I hope my experience serves as a cautionary tale and prevents others from suffering the same unfortunate fate.
