Itec Group UK (Wimborne Branch) look after our office copier machines and MailaDoc systems throughout our business. Their knowledge base is impartial with great attention to detail. They take the time to source the correct machine for the job, their pricing is competitive and their service install and aftercare is first class. As Funeral Directors we need these machine to function faultlessly, thankfully using Xerox machines, down times are few and far between, however when an engineer is required, they arrive promptly to attend to the problem. Our account manager Amy Blandford is always on hand to offer support and to answer any technical questions we may have. She has built a great relationship with this company not just at our head office but with our staff throughout our branch offices - A great company you can rely on.

Itec provide excellent service, with knowledgeable and proactive staff. It is extremely rare that we have an issue with the hardware, but when we do they make sure it is fixed as a matter of urgency.

The staff are personable and care about both their firm and ours. We receive a personal touch and feel like we are their only customer, which is extremely hard to achieve in this busy, digital world. We trust their advice, guidance and the products they supply to us.
