Double win here, great price for the lymphatic and head massages while also supporting a local business. Definitely one I will do again - having also bought the same package for both my daughters - happy to recommend this.

It was good to have the deal completed without having to phone the hotel to book, but rather all done at Itison point of sale.

Due to a family illness tried to cancel the last voucher I had to use by the end of the month, happy to have got a credit to spend later but I received an email from Fiona at Itison over the weekend saying too late to cancel, so basically tough, use it or give it to someone. Not the customer experience I have had with the company over the years its always been pretty good and its a poor reflection if this is their modern approach to looking after their customers. The voucher was not for a large amount of money but its not the value its the value of the customer

Very poor customer service. I had an issue with a printed gift voucher, I asked for a refund. Itison refunded the voucher but not the £5 for gift wrapping that THEY had gotten wrong.

All I wanted was the voucher printed the way I paid for it but the customer service assistant didn't understand the problem and wasn't capable of sorting the problem. Total joke.

Good selection of items, food was tasty, well presented and packaged and value for money.
