Not free at all
Downloaded this so called free of charge app, but that is a scam because you HAVE TO buy one week, for 10 euro's minus one cent. Otherwise the app will not start at all.
Charged $240 for an Unused Weekly Subscription — No Support, No Refund
At first this app seemed like a great idea for a trip, so I signed up for the free trial — but I never used it after that.
There’s no phone support — only an auto-reply email telling you to send screenshots; no one ever follows up. 6 months later I realized that I had been charged weekly, adding up to about $240.
When I asked Apple for help they also refused to refund me.
Reading BBB reviews, I see dozens of identical complaints — people unable to cancel, charged WEEKLY, no support.
This is unfair, deceptive charging and looks like a subscription scam.
I urge everyone affected to file complaints with the BBB, the FTC, and their state Attorney General so these practices are investigated.

Scam - don't bother
At first this app seemed like a great idea for traveling to Panama in case I needed translation offline, so I signed up for a trial - the offline translation is horrendous and never worked, and 5 months later I realized I was being charged an insane amount of money WEEKLY for this app still. I paid them close to $200 in 5 months and neither they nor Apple will refund it. SCAMMMMMMM - stay away!!!

It doesn't translate. I took a photo of a Greek official document to translate and didn’t translate any of the letter into English. It just showed a few words all muddled up and made no sense.
I then used the same letter of chat GBT and it worked so do not pay or start a free trial for this scam.
Sure scammers
Sure scammers. To try i gave my creditcard info for 1 week trial but when testing the app, i saw it is a bad app, not useful. Then i tried to unsubscribe and everything is blocked. Login directs to not existing page, in the app no subscription possible, checked the creditcard and now just € 0,- from this scam company but as i found in the other reviews, they don't respond on mails to unsubscribe so you should actively block the payment with Google or your creditcard company. More and more i feel creditcard payment is too risky nowadays.
SCAM 100%-PLS SPREAD THE WORD
This company is scamming money from innocent people with a forefront as a learning platform. It is disgusting. Like.e/o else on this thread, I began a free trial and decided the platform was completely not worth it. I canceled….only to be continually charged each month. I tried to find any “true” coordinates for a “real”customer service.
It does not exist.
I’m going to change my credit card number and lock them out of my account. I had written I-trans customer service, but apparently they never check reviews. They will never check THESE reviews (noted below under Unknown Company Identity))and will therefore not respond to them. There is very little known about this company. DO NOT USE-WILL BE REPORTED
Worse service I ever had
I was charged for a weekly subscription which I didn’t want, sent an email to their help centre, they replied with a pre-typed email regarding how to cancel weekly subscription, I sent another email explaining that I want my money back, but never got any reply, won’t use this app ever again, the quality of translation is not the best as well.

I signed up for a free trial and was charged 69.99 for a year subscription. I emailed them several times and contacted via Facebook Messenger and never received a response back. I wanted to cancel and I never wanted to have a subscription in the first place and asked for a refund. Thankfully my credit card denied the charge automatically because you can't get a hold of these people to get a refund anyway.
It's like this company doesn't exist anymore but still charges credit cards because no one would get back in contact with me. It feels like a scam when you cannot cancel or ask for a refund.

SCAM SCAM SCAM!!.. IT IS A TOTAL NIGHTMARE!! They get you to sign up by promising "free" translation services but the they charge you a full year worth of paid subscription. There is no number to contact customer service only email which is an autoreply. Here is an excerpt from the auto reply "If you still need help, please reply to this email, including a screenshot or a screen recording that could show your experience. Requests that can be answered through our Help Center won't be replied to. I sent three more emails with no response. It will not let you cancel your subscription or account online either. STAY AWAY!!! THIS IS A SCAM!!
Free Trial still ends up with being charged.
I got the free trial. I was 6 days in and told them I did not want the program and to cancel my subscription. They did NOT do that. Instead, I was charged over $100 for a year. I have taken the auto-subscribe out of Google and removed my credit card. Hopefully they don't rip me off again.

Free trial auto subscribes to a year
I thought it was a free app but it was just a free trial. After using it in France to look up a couple of words, when I reviewed my visa statement after returning I was charged $40.00 for a yearly subscription automatically instead of a monthly after the free trial ran out. Their customer service blamed Apple and Apple blames them both saying it is out of their hands and can’t refund me. I can’t seem to even find a way to cancel it for Next year so I hope it doesn’t auto renew again. In hindsight I should have just googled the words or phrases.

Purchased app today unable to translate web pages online, only able to translate inserted text.
Poor translation and no customer service
First of all, they had taken a subscription payment for the whole year instead of monthly, as signed for.
Then, they ignored my emails questioning that.
The worst of all, English to Italian translations and back were too poor to be useful at all (and pretty comical). We did have some good laugh listening to what they came up with, but, still, this is not what this application was/is supposed to be for.
It was literally a waste of money. Such a shame.
