Ordered on 27 December 2025 and the order is still processing nearly two weeks later.

While I appreciate there were bank holidays, there have been plenty of standard working days since then. I’ve contacted customer support (awaiting reply) but so far I have only received generic automated "sorry" replies since my order date with no estimated dispatch date or reason for the delay.

It’s not the delay itself that’s the issue — it’s the complete lack of useful communication. At this point I’m left unsure whether the items will ship at all leaving me in a predicament whether to order gifts elsewhere and cancel my IWOOT order or continue to wait for an unspecified amount of time.

All of the items I ordered also show as in stock on the website so it's even more confusing why they have been unable to progress any aspect of my order or other peoples orders looking at recent trustpilot reviews.

I wouldn’t order from IWOOT again unless delivery and communication improve significantly.

Ordered 3 items at the beginning of December, paid for standard 2-3 day delivery. First item arrived more than a week later, second item arrived 2 days before Christmas and im still waiting for thr last item to be dispatched. I asked about my order over a week ago and have received no information despite being told I'd get a response in 48 hours.

If I could give this company a zero star review I would! I placed an order before Christmas the delivery should have taken 3-5 working days and that never happened, when I asked about a dispatch date I just got an apology email in response but it was clearly a template email that was sent, there was no mention of a solution to this problem. I then sent another email from their site a week later asking where my order was and got exactly the same response email, no reassurance or dispatch date. I sent a 3rd email which was ignored so I had to send another, the last reply I got said we have replied to this please refer to our previous email, their previous email was their standard “sorry” template. It has been a month now and still no delivery

Bought a Xmas jumper at the start of December. Heard nothing for weeks leading up to Xmas. I reach out to cancel, but immediately get a shipping notification saying it was dispatched and will arrive on Xmas Eve...Royal Mail don't try to deliver, returned to sender and now iWoot won't reply to any contact. Facebook or on customer service via their website. Shocking.

More about the principle than the money at this point.

I ordered a mug on 15/12/2025, it is now 08/01/2026, it has still not been even dispatched. I have left multiple messages on their website cancelling the order and requesting a refund but have heard nothing back from customer services or has a refund. I will never buy from IWOOT again

Ordered on 13th December and order not fulfilled and several messages sent without response. Don’t trust this site. Seems to be run by criminals!

I ordered an last minute gift on 18/12 as the website said it would be dispatched before Christmas.
I have chased via the enquiry page and have received simple emails to acknowledge the item hasn't been dispatched and that I should track my order on my account. Presumably, this is an AI reply as it had no explanation.
I appreciate it is a busy time but its frustrating nonetheless and im not convinced my order will ever come.

Ordered Christmas jumper 1st week of December. Never received. Initiated chargeback with the bank and was sent an email approx. 1 week later from IWOOT stating ‘ unable to cancel order’. It’s the 7th of January, I don’t require your services any longer! Avoid!!

Horrendous customer service. I ordered on the 19th November, it is now the 7th January and I have still not got my item. I have messaged the company many times on several platforms, some have had no response, and some have said they will investigate the matter and havent done so. The item I ordered was intended to be a Christmas gift. I have tried to cancel my order but this has again not been responded to!

Still waiting for my order after a month! No reply from customer service. Such awful service especially for those relying on them for Christmas presents.

I placed an order on 16th December 2025 and one of the two items has been delivered, I'm still waiting for the other item and am getting NO responses to any of my messages at all. Cancel my undelievered item and refund me ASAP before I take further action. Order number is 730937899.

I ordered in November for Xmas presents, now the first week of January and item is still “processing”. It won’t allowing me to cancel for my money back and I have sent 6 emails to customer service and via the messaging facility on the order. I have had no response at all!

Despite contacting and messaging them, despite their response on here. Not a single actual response on my account. Avoid at all costs.

It has been a week since my last review where I had a reply saying I would hear from someone. I have not had anyone contact me and on top of that the thing that I ordered on the 28th November is still “awaiting dispatch” and not allowing me to cancel for my money back even though it is still in their warehouse. I am deeply disappointed and down money which could be used to get this thing elsewhere where I could actually receive what I’ve paid for.

I ordered on 4th December hoping for the item to be delivered before Christmas. I had one update saying delivery was delayed and then radio silence ... awful customer service, no response or explanation and no refund either despite requesting it! Avoid at all costs.

I placed an order for 3 items on 1/12/25. It is now 6/12/25 and they still haven't been dispatched. They were christmas presents so this is very disappointing, not as disappointing as their customer service though. They simply do not reply,I have messaged them more than once to no avail.
I will not be using this company again.

I ordered a few items off this website on 18th December 2025 for Christmas presents, the website stated 48 hours for delivery. I was therefore unable to give the gifts I wanted to for Christmas and I am still waiting to gift them. I messaged customer services on 23rd December to chase the order, it’s now the 5th of January 2026 and no response, apart from one generic email saying we are processing your order sorry for delay. IWOOT have taken my money straight away but not delivered as stated on the website. It’s not been possible to make contact to find out what is going on, shocking customer service! Very disappointed! I will give it another week or I will contact my credit card to raise a claim. I would not use this company again based on this experience!

Terrible service, package delayed for almost 2 weeks! Person it was meant for already left ( school teacher who announced they are leaving a week before school closed). But it took more than 2 weeks to get a delivery. What a waste.
