I Got My nephew a Wonlex smart watch…
I Got My nephew a Wonlex smart watch and he was so excited with it. Unfortunately, he set up a password and forgot it and we tried Everything to reset it but Nothing worked and we were about to Throw it Away. Until I contacted Wonlex customer service and they reset it for me. Truly the Best customer service ever. Thank You so much!!! Great watch, Great service.

DON'T BUY
Watch broken even not 1 month after purchase. Their phone line is ALWAYS busy, noone answers the mails --> you are ignore by Wonlex after purchase, bad product quality, bad service, you will loose your money.
Lessons learnt:
1. Never trust reviews on their own site
2. Reach for their customer service before purchase

We have received one shipment of…
We have received one shipment of 250pcs, from china, not NL warehouse, we were not told this promise. Now the rest 500pcs items are on hold since novembre and we made the 5th DHL consignment note. Now they picked it up and guess what! Wonlex has asked back for the 10 boxes! What? And they say, oh DHL waybill number has expired please tell your shipping agent to make new one! Ahhh!
So we have received goods before, so they exist but 12000USD worth of goods are now still to be shipped.

FRAUD!?!
Promises to send from NL (Netherland/Holland), but when ordered NOTHING happens for weeks.
NO answer when writing them.
I am affraid this firm is FRAUD - so DO NOT SHOP THERE!
