Bemötandet jag fick av tjejen i bokningen. Jag ringde in för att kolla ledighet på ett spa paket jag köpte som julklapp. Jag har missförstått att e t var söndag-torsdag detta gällde och trodde det var tvärtom. Att få komma på lördagen istället skulle kosta det dubbla mot vad jag betalat. Avboka gick inte då ångerveckan gått ut. Köpte detta 14e och 28e dec var sista dagen. Det fanns inte en tillstymmelse för att försöka möta mig, kompromissa eller liknande. Vi bor långt bort och har inte möjlighet till att nyttja följande dagar som presentkortet gäller.
Jag hade hört så mycket positivt om hotellet och vi var väldigt glada för att få uppleva det. Kommer aldrig någonsin sätta min fot på detta hotell.

Jacy’z itself is an absolute gem. The moment we stepped inside, we were captivated by the stylish decor, impeccable cleanliness, and overall luxurious ambiance. It’s clear that every detail has been thoughtfully designed to create an unforgettable experience.

What truly stood out, however, was the incredible service. The team at Jacy’z went above and beyond to make our joint birthday celebration feel extra special. A heartfelt thank you to the outstanding staff at Archie’s restaurant—every employee was exceptional! The balloons, party hats, and a delicious dessert with a candle made our birthday dinner magical, and the thoughtful birthday card in our room upon arrival was such a beautiful touch.

The spa was an absolute dream—the vibe was relaxing and indulgent, offering the perfect retreat. We also visited the Upper House for a massage, and it was a superb experience from start to finish. The hotel itself was stunning, and the employees were just as wonderful, making our visit even more memorable.

Every little detail at Jacy’z made our stay extraordinary, from the fresh flowers and popcorn on arrival to the personalized service that made us feel truly valued. It’s rare to find a place that exceeds expectations in every way, but Jacy’z and the incredible people of Sweden did just that.
