Don’t let M&S sell your premium clothes . I purchased your £325 coat on line from M&S.
- not only was the coat not worth the money (having been on the hunt for one for a few days)
- it arrived in a brown outer with nothing else. No wrapping or cover. Just dumped in the box. I’m returning it! I expect good service for £325z

Hideously tailored poor quality clothes…

Hideously tailored poor quality clothes and incredibly rude condescending staff.

40 years ago when they were a luxury brand their staff behaviour may have had some sort of justification. Now with the tat they sell their staff’s aggressive, rude and unpleasant behaviour has no place in their stores.

I understand customers can be a pain sometimes but shop staff are supposed to be able to deal with this tactfully. I overheard a jumped-up toffee nosed Penelope who obviously thought she was far too good to be accepting a return from an old lady for no good reason. And when the customer left the hideous staff hooted with laughter at their enjoyment of humiliating this poor customer. Disgraceful behaviour, will never use again.

Tailored wool trousers

I purchased a pair of Jaeger, tailored wool trousers from M&S in navy for work and they are perfect. The quality is spot on and they are extremely flattering. Very happy customer.

Poor quality tailoring

I have bought Jaeger clothes since the 70's for their high quality tailoring, fabric & classic design but today their standards have fallen.
I've recently bought a long sleeved T shirt and although the fabric (100%cotton) is of good quality, the tailoring leaves a lot to be desired.... my usual Jaeger size 10 has sleeves so narrow they need 'arranging' as they don't sit easily; the body is too wide & rucks up in folds around the waist (more like a larger size); the shoulder seems stick up where they join the body and worst of all, the straight-necked design rides up at the slightest movement to the point of nearly strangling me! This is not Jaeger standard & unless it improves I shall not buy from them again......what an indictment of such a valuable British business !

What has happened to Jaeger customer service and packaging!!

Whilst the clothing I purchased was good quality, I notice that despite paying the same prices I do not receive the customer service I would have previously had in a Jaeger store nor is the item(s) packaged as Jaeger products would have been. I ordered a leather clutch bag click and collect and it was in a clear plastic bag inside an ordinary green M&S bag. There are clearly not the same overheads but the prices remain the same. Any explanation?

I'm confused the ratings contradict my…

I'm confused the ratings contradict my experience with this brand. Had to double check this was the same company. M&S is my only way of purchasing this brand as I am not near a couture boutique. I have never had a problem with quality or construction or customer service.

New tee shirt fabric is dreadful, don’t buy it

Last year I brought two Jaeger v neck ladies Tee shirts size ten…they were perfect.
This week I ordered another black v neck tee shirt and it’s absolute awful the tee shirt last year was soft and easy to wear.
This new one says it’s ‘mercerised’ what ever that means…it’s thick fabric with very little stretch and far too tight…why have you done this…and to add insult to injury I had to pay to have it delivered and now I have to pay to send it back as I’d need a 12….so JEAGER ..keep you’re ghastly tee shirt..you’ve lost me as a customer…

Very expensive Jaeger coat selling for next to nothing in the January sales!!!!!

I bought a Jaeger coat from M&S Handforth Dean in December which cost £275 which for me is a lot of money for a coat. I was absolutely gutted today when I went into the sales and there was my expensive coat on sale for £88!!!!!!! How could it be worth £275 originally and then drop to £88????? I wasnt impressed with the quality either. If I still had the receipt I would try to take it back for a refund. Will never trust Jaeger quality or prices again,

Five Stars to Marlow....I would like…

Five Stars to Marlow.....I would like to compliment the two ladies in the Marlow store for their help today. They were very helpful, friendly and patient.
The Windsor store staff should be trained by Marlow staff, in Windsor customers are not acknowledged, customers have to approach the staff including the manager for help, even when the store is empty.

Lowest of low quality

Wanted to wear a Jaeger top today that I had only worn a few times before. I wasn't even stretching it a lot. Nevertheless, a seam melted apart as I put it on. Considering the extortionate price I paid, even though it was on offer in a "designer outlet" at the time, I am shocked by this. Will stick to cheap stuff from Amazon in future, which is far more reliable.

Dama i baren bare så på meg og da du får ikke øl. Det ville vært helt innafor om jeg var full. Men det var min første. Jeg forklarte at dette forvirret meg, og hun ba meg gå. Jeg er fortsatt forvirra og kommer nok ikke dit igjen.

I’ve bought two items from Jaeger…

I’ve bought two items from Jaeger recently and both have gone bobbly within two to three wears, without ever being washed. I love the look of their clothes but would never buy again purely on the very poor quality of their garments!

The top has shrunk

Bought a Jaeger top and washed it as per the instructions and this top has shrunk.
The same thing happened to my daughters top.
We always wash and dry as the instructions say.

There appears to be something going on…

There appears to be something going on here... I too bought a coat and returned a few days later. It arrived with them on 11th Jan. I had proof of postage. Despite this, they are claiming it's not arrived and still no refund. I've been in contact with someone else on fbk for whom they're claiming the same. Anyone else?

Stupid

Stupid, stupid me! I ordered 8 items online on 1st January 2021 and returned 7 of them the day after receiving them. Most did not fit (excessivley long arms and were poorly made with puckered seams, poorly set sleeves etc. Payment of £543 was taken from my bank account on 4th January 2021. The unwanted goods were returned on 9th January since when I have not heard a word.
I have telephoned M&S who eventually gave me an email for the receivers. The email address proved to be incorrect.
I have emailed what I believe to be the correct email address, but 11 days on I still have not received an acknowledgment, let alone a reply. I am owed £514.
Any suggestions will be gratefully received.

Awful customer services

Awful customer services. Returned an item, which i tracked and had been recieved by Jaeger. No confirmation of return. Emailed them 4 times, no response. Tried calling lots of times but answerphone said nobody to take call. EVENTUALLY after replying to one of their posts on Facebook & ringing one of their shops, i was contacted, blamed Covid for delay and was refunded. Never again..what a sham

Verzending niet van deze tijd

Een goede service is ver te zoeken.
Klantenservice is moeilijk te bereiken er werkt maar één persoon Kelly Bird bel haar op +441915623500 dit is een ander nummer dan de klantenservice.

Verzending duurt veel te lang.

Arrived late despite paying for next day delivery. Despite emails, tweets and calls ( the recorded mesaage told me no one is available and to call back). Luxury brand with awful customer service.
