I had a gaming pc delivered by an online company for my son for Christmas. It wouldn’t work when we got it out the box. I spoke to Jamcrackers and within an hour I had an appt and he fixed it, his knowledge is top notch. Nothing was too much trouble, I couldn’t ask for a better service. Highly recommend and will be taking all my IT business to them in the future. Thank you so much 😊

Really fantastic service! Our company had been muddling along with an outdated phyisical hardrive backup system which when we actually needed it, turned out it hadnt been saving date properly for over a year. We turned to Jam Crackers to provide us with a simple, safe, ISO compliant & future-proof solution which they did very quickly and efficiently and their after-support has been invaluable and so quick. Cannot fault them.

Whenever there is an issue, which is rarely, they sort it out straight away. I can’t praise the entire team enough. We have been with them for 6 years now and I would definitely recommend them.

The Virgin WiFi at our house has always been a challenge to live with, it drops out constantly and having in the region of 30 devices connected to it and the children constantly complaining, it’s not ideal!

I was amazed that Richard could fix our issue in a heartbeat - with one small signal booster hidden in a cupboard!

It’s been 100% in all rooms ever since. We get signal where we didn’t before and nothing drops off. It been a life saver in lockdown!

I've been using Jamcrackers both professionally and personally for a few years. They are professional, and trustworthy and have never let me down. Seems that Jamcrackers doesn’t like you leaving a genuine negative review and does everything it can to try and get them taken off. Update I have now had my hard drive fixed by a reputable company and have billed jamcrackers they will not get away with it!

We have used jan crackers as our IT support for the last two years and they have been amazing! I guess the sign of a great IT company is never having to call them as the systems are all working and updated as required! it’s great as a business owner knowing our IT is in great hands!
Recently we needed help sourcing additional hardware and the team really stepped up and sourced us the best solutions and were even able to advise on exactly what we needed by running through our requirements! They are even setting up all the new PCs so we literally can plug and play! Amazing service means we have no down time!
