We moved from a 5 bed 4 floor house to a 2 bed flat in readiness for an impending divorce and inevitably had a lot of items to go to storage and some to the temporary flat. James Removals was absolutely incredible. Kind, thoughtful, efficient and full of energy. At some point on the last move day I realised I didn’t have enough clothes hanging boxes. Pam in head office had one of her guys drive from Kidbrooke to Highbury in no time. In total James Removals spent 3 days moving us. On the last day we were 3 hours behind schedule but the movers did not complain, they just helped get us over the line.Special thanks to Tony, James and Glen. All the items for the flat are here with us now so they clearly listened and labelled everything correctly! All in all 10 out of 10 and I highly recommend them.

All round professional service. I didn’t bother getting further quotes after making contact with James Removals. Lewis and Louise were brilliant and very patient answering all my questions. On the day of the move Danny, Tony, Richard and Craig ensured everything went smoothly. I can’t recommend the company highly enough.

I cannot praise James Removals highly enough. My very elderly mum was moving from her London home of 60 years to a flat in Dorset. James Removals made this experience as comfortable as possible for her and she is so grateful for their support, as are the rest of the family. A big thank you goes to Glenn and Paul in particular, and also to Paul, Paul and Wayne.

The packing, loading and unloading was all done swiftly and carefully, with no damage or breakages. All the team were friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Glenn and Paul who ensured that Mum was able to sleep in her new home on the first night, which made the whole experience much more manageable for her.

James were excellent from start to finish. A competitive price (for a complex move from UK to France), personable people and wisdom from back office. The movers were very considerate and inventive in suggestions for packing things. The true measure of a service company is what they do when things go wrong. The team were fantastic! We used the full packing service and we couldn't fault them. The team moved us from Greenwich to Ashford in the pouring rain without complaint. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them, we were really happy with the service we received.

Arrived on time on all days for packing and load-up and worked tirelessly to move us into the property. Moving is so stressful, James Removals made one big part of it trouble-free. The team moved our things for a 3 bed from London to Brighton in 1 day (we had pre-packed).

It was done professionally and not a thing got damaged or lost etc.

The house was packed up quickly and unpacked fast too and everything to the correct room etc.

As a customer, it may feel like a lot of money to get your stuff moved when you get the different quotes in (to which ours was comparable to any reputable company) but when you see what goes in to it after the day you’ll feel like it’s good value (at least we did).

The team were also a lovely group.

The service we received was absolutely first class. We were moving from London to Kent after 28 years from a 3 bedroom property to 2 bedroom.
From booking the move with Michael which was very easy, to the 4 guys who moved us Steve,Craig,Frank and Tony all were totally professional. They even made us laugh on what was a stressful day.
