I’m currently partway through the EPTA Course, and even at this stage, I can confidently say they are the best in the space.
The level of knowledge being shared is exceptional. Every module is packed with real, practical insight that goes far beyond theory—it’s clear this has been built by people who truly understand what they’re teaching. Even before finishing the course, I’ve already taken away a huge amount of value.
The course material itself is unbelievable. It’s detailed, well-structured, and delivered in a way that makes even complex topics easy to follow and apply. There’s a real sense of quality and intention behind everything—they haven’t cut corners anywhere.
What really sets EPTA apart, though, is their honesty. There’s no hype, no overpromising—just straight, transparent delivery and genuine support. That kind of integrity is rare.

Incredible Value! Very professional.
Joining the Elite Property Training Academy was one of the best decisions I've made in years. I was quite reluctant to spend money on any kind of property training course, and thought I could teach myself from YouTube videos. I've since learned that I was spending far too much time on YouTube, and barely scraping the surface. Jamie and the Aspire team have been amazing. The passion they have for what they do is infectious. It's been incredible value for money. As well as the many scheduled training sessions, they've been on hand to answer every question I've had, within hours. I've felt so well supported. There were a few moments at the start of the course that I felt a little overwhelmed by the amount of information being offered, but it's all coming together now. If you really want to understand how to make money in property, it's hard to imagine there's a better group of people to learn from.

EPTA
I'm currently on the EPTA property course and honestly, it’s been even better than I expected. It’s not just about learning property investing in theory, it’s genuinely changed the way I think and approach things. I’ve found myself wanting to read more, learn more, and really engage with the subject on a deeper level including my entire mindset.
Jamie and all the other trainers bring such high energy to every session, and their level of engagement makes a huge difference. I genuinely enjoy every module, the time flies by, which says a lot. The course is really well structured, with clear, actionable steps that make it easy to apply what you’re learning. I can already feel my confidence growing as I go through it. I feel as though I am part of a community which feels so supportive and helpful and I genuinely look forward to every session.
I tried a similar course with a different company before, and the experience was completely different. It felt very focused on hard selling and constantly promoting their own “champagne lifestyle,” which just didn’t sit right with me. Its been a couple weeks now that i have been on the course, an i appreciate the level on information and knowledge that has been shared from Jamie. Dan and Sam. They have made it so far the best experience, engaging and supportive, love how they are willing to dedicate their time even after the clock has gone 9 to get all credible information across as well as asking us if we understand it. in one phrase i feel SAFE learning with you guys and there has not been a fear or doubt ! I am very excited for my journey on this course. Just wrapped up Module 10 with EPTA and this has been a game changer for me. I can honestly say i had zero structure before starting and since i started EPTA its like putting the puzzle pieces together, everything is all making sense and falling into place, the biggest thing for me has been clarity and support and how every module builds on the last. I am still early in my journey but i know and feel like i am soaring through and any bumps on the way will make me better for sure !!! 🔥🔥🔥💪

Still going through EPTA, however I’ve had a genuinely great experience with this property training company. The educators are incredibly informative and break everything down in a clear, step-by-step way that makes even complex topics easy to understand. The sessions are engaging throughout, which really helps with staying focused and absorbing the material.
What stands out most is how supportive and inclusive the environment is. The mentors are amazing—approachable, knowledgeable, and always willing to help, no matter where you are in your journey. Everyone is treated equally, which creates a really positive and motivating atmosphere.

Best three hours of my life that I have spent of late! Jamie is incredible. For the first time, for the last 8yrs investing with 'training companies', I have finally found my home, I think. He is transparent, gives his absolute all to the webinar that I just attended.

Online Accelerator Course With Jamie
I did an online accelerator course with Jamie. It was a free course so I expected some upselling but most of the course was interesting and informative. Definitely more content than selling.
He delivered the course in a clear and concise way explaining enough to spark interest without boring us with upsell.
Definitely worth watching if you want to get into property or make spare cash in your spare time.
NOTE - He didn't sell a get rich quick scheme!
