I am a new customer and so far I am disappointed with the main meals. Because the meals are vacuum packed I find that the meat content, in most cases, is always stuck together when I open the pack. Then trying to separate the pieces ends up with just shredded bits. Also, the rice is the same, coming out in one lump and again is difficult to separate. I use my own rice making sure I use the same weight as in the pack. On the plus side I find the soups I’ve tried to be good and the majority of the lunch dishes, in the main, are good also. I have change some of the dishes I am disappointed with for my next months order, hopefully it will be better for me.

Fatima was very helpful and helpful with my questions. I have only been on Jane plan for four days and I am loving the meals they are so filling and taste delicious ❤️

Oh my gosh. I was really excited to find that Jane plan have now finally got vegan options and was about to order, however I thought I would have a quick read of the reviews. I have been really disappointed to see so many negative reviews and thankfully I have not placed an order. I think it would be so nice if Jane plan provider to what they said they would as many people say this is not the case. It's a very expensive service that I would be willing to pay for if the meals looked and tasted good and looked the way they do on the meal planners.

Excellent I have lost more weight than on any other diet. I particularly enjoy the fish in parsley sauce although it is not always available.
I am disabled but I’ve still lost a stone in 6
Weeks. Easy to prepare as you only need to add green vegetables and fruit I I use frozen as easiest to keep. The other dish I love is cottage pie. I don’t eat wheat so can’t comment on the pasta dishes but I’m sure they are just as ba good

Delivery did not arrive on Friday, 10/4/2026 as expected, DHL message re delay stated delivery on next working day - did not happen. Finally, box delivered yesterday (17/4), one end covered in parcel tape, other end has rip in corner of box, delay must have been due to damage/being repaired, was difficult to get a reason, DHL said probably shortage of drivers! Opened box, messy box content - feel sure it did not leave Jane Plan warehouse like this, missing some food items plus some items damaged. Difficult to get through to Jane Plan customer service on phone & email response has been slow. Very dissapointed in service & process due to above experience.

I found most of the meals were bland and gave me indigestion. The lids were very hard to remove didn't peel off too well I had to use scissors to cut them off. Some of the meals tasted the same.Breakfasts were about the best and some of the snacks were ok.Delivery service was fast. I thought overall this is an expensive service with mediocre meals.

I’ve been on Jane Plan two weeks and lost 4 kg. The meals I’ve chosen have been really tasty. It’s helping me with my mental health as well as being nutrition conscious.

I signed up to Jane Plan to lose about 14 lbs. I have been on the plan for 2 weeks. I’ve lost a few pounds. The breakfast are good but the dinners and lunches are very disappointing. THE PHOTOS OF THE MEALS ON THE WEBSITE BEAR ABSOLUTELY NO RESEMBLANCE TO THE ACTUAL MEALS. The salads and soups for lunch are good but the other lunch and dinners meals are not good at all. The pasta in very overcooked although I had one pasta meal where half the pasta was slimy and the rest really uncooked. Basicly they looked the same. Tomatoey and sloppy. I shall not be reordering nor shall I recommend Jane Plan to my friends.

I have not liked the pasta dishes or the mushroom risotto. The pots you add water to. Too much tomato sauce flavours in some of the dishes. I like the traditional ones like the hot pots and stews. The fish in parsley sauce was delish but I cannot order more than 1 this time.i like the soups and enjoy them with a small side salad. Overall I am finding it hard but I am persevering and hope to get to my goal. The weight is coming off slowly.

Would have given 5 out 5 but the ready meals don't have cooking instructions on them on how to cook in a gas oven lucky we have Google, but the meals for both dinner and lunch are full of flavour & enjoyable the regular updates are full of information

The food is lovely.
It is delivered on time.

Food is delicious and there is a good variety to choose from.
The plan actually works too and I haven’t felt hungry at all while following the plan.

I am very unhappy at the moment as I cancelled my order within the 14 day period and I still haven’t had my refund

As promised I also today have received a £266.94 payment from my account that was unauthorised. I am very unhappy with this and there’s no response from the company to where my first refund is and I’ve now debit my card again, which I am going to report as fraudulent because I have not authorise this payment and the cancellation was in place within the period of time that I have the confirmation email.

Very easy to keep to plan. Meals are quite tasty.

I am really enjoying the variety of meals in my box and the quality. So far there has only been one meal that I didn't like, all the rest have scored 10/10. Thank you Jane Plan for making dieting so simple.

The food preparation is questionable. Beware of the rice… on opening a chicken korma I found that the rice was mouldy! The offer by Customer Services to replace it seemed absurd to me considering that several other meals did not taste ‘right’ - and my stomach did not thank me for eating them regardless. So it has put me off big time. Their reasoning was that it sometimes happens as preservatives are not needed because of the ‘unique way’ in which the meals are prepared and that ‘maybe the packaging was damaged and air got inside’… but the packaging was not damaged. The pre-cooked meals have a best by date of over a year and are to be kept in a cupboard, so that should be a red flag from the outset especially for those with a sensitive stomach. My attempt to cancel was met with absolute refusal unless I paid £150 which was the amount of discount I received for my first (and last) month’s discount. So all in all not a good experience and certainly not worth nearly £300 per month, especially if they end up in the bin.

I am delighted with this diet plan. The food is enjoyable and real with lots of variety.

I had to change my payment date and I sent an email to see if this could be arranged. Less than two hours later I received an email from Lulu stating that it had been changed to the date I needed. Very quick service and one thing less I have to worry about.
