Jaybee 3 seater sofa bed. Bought from Argos.

Great bed for comfort however poor (snotty) welding on one side of the frame and foam on the seats is very cheap/substandard.

Im not heavy (13 stone) but after 6 months of daily use I can feel the frame through the cushions.

Argos are saying there is nothing they can do, its just how they are designed and not for daily use. There is no mention of this on Jaybee or Argos's website, there's even a picture of the sofa bed in a living room on both their websites.

On delivery a clasp that secured the folding bed was broken assumed it broke during shipping
I contacted jayne at jaybe and the broken part is on its way. 5 star service from this company.

Please buy from them if you are looking for excellent service.

The bed was easy to set up. It had a faulty castor when it arrived. After one very friendly phone call to Jay-Be a replacement was sent immediately. Very happy with the efficient response.

Firstly I’ve never written a trust pilot review but I wanted to recognise the excellent service I have been provided.

Following a delivery failure (due to Bensons and not Jay-Be) I contacted Jay-Be and spoke to Anja.

Having been on the phone to an energy provider earlier that day (my experience wasn’t great) I was surprised just how helpful, understanding and reassuring Anja was throughout my call.

She was engaging, charismatic and resolved my issue quickly and effectively. She then followed up straight away on email providing reassurance.

it was an absolute pleasure to work with Sarah Hall at Jay-Be. I had a problem with my folding bed frame and couldn’t find the receipt to confirm the purchase. Sarah found the invoice through delivery records and sent the replacement to my house a few days later. She also arranged for the faulty item to be collected at the same time. It is very rare to find a company offering excellent customer service and honouring their lifetime guarantee. Well done Jay-Be and huge thanks to Sarah.

I really love my memory foam mattress, I was a bit unsure when I open it but was over the moon to discover that it's exactly the same as a non vacum packed alternative. Great customer service despite an awkward and frustrating delivery by the courier. It's always good to see a business willing to feedback concerns about couriers as this does impact overall service

Just bought our second JAY-BE folding bed. Ideal for visiting grandchildren. Easily moved from room to room. Excellent customer service, a bracket was missing from the second bed. I contacted JAY-BE who replied promptly and sent the bracket.

I can highly recommend the customer services at JayBe..….After buying a Supreme Auto single bed I found there was a fastening clip missing, so I emailed and got a very quick reply from Jayne, all I had to do was send proof of purchase and the missing clip arrived few days later.
No back & forth with emails she just just delivered what was needed so how’s that for efficiency ……many thanks Jayne once again.

We realised after 2 years that our daughters mattress was 10cm shorter than a standard single. Jay-Be were amazing and sent a new mattress within days and arranged collection of the faulty mattress. Would highly recommend

Great mattress! Very comfortable.

We needed to replace a few wooden slats that had been broken on our JAY-BE fold up bed so I wrote an email to ask if they were able to help, not really expecting a response. Was I wrong! Without any further questions they immediately sent me the replacement slats free of charge and the bed is as good as new again. Really refreshing to deal with such a customer friendly organisation and I would highly recommend them to anyone.
