I ordered a jelly cat and it went missing with Royal Mail. I was getting very concerned as it was a present for someone. I had emailed jelly cat and within couple of days of them looking into it and realised it had got lost Megan had sent out a replacement and some free stickers. I have now received this and just wanted to say a massive thank you to Megan for dealing with this so quickly.

Bought a Barthomolew bear with a jumper as a gift for a baby shower. There was no option to not have the jumper as plain without any writing on, so i input into the box "no writing". This was then printed onto the teddys jumper, so i asked if a plain one could be sent out, but they have refused. Wont ever be ordering from here again, ruined my gift thanks & also my neice owns over 100 of your toys, we wont be using you again.
Really like this brand but was unhappy after hearing how they have treated some long standing customers.
You dont kick the customers who have supported your rise in business
Jelly Cat toys are some of the best quality,and beautiful on the market! However they have decided to remove their stock from characterful,smaller shops,that often make a lot of their profit from these toys,this is a mistake,and I won't buy anything else from them now on principle
Absalutley love the teddies I bought 4 my neice & nephew 💯😉 I know they'll love them too. The personalisation is spot on stitching perfect ✌️ thank you so much. And got delivered b4 the time scale I was given, and came in a gawjus blue bag the kids can use 😊 bless ya's

Paid for one of these insanely overpriced cuddly toys on a next day delivery basis _ ie paid extra for this. Order placed on the 27th Jan, on the 30th I was advised that the item was to be dispatched on the 31st. How is that a next day delivery ?
