Don't use them . They are abysmal and the company owner who I have now complained to about 2 jobs has absolutely no inetrest in resolving his employees mistakes on jobs and they're utter careless-ness. they have ruined my communal buildings hallway carpets TWICE my neighbour now refuse them access to our building and I am the one whom felt there rath after all door ways had my junk spilled all over the place due to this companies employees having no care at all for the transportation of the waste they are collecting . Go elsewhere , get another company. Would not recommend due to terrible customer support and service.

instead of getting professional clener the first time i personally took the hit for the mess and the second time they sent the same employess back over to hoover it themselves which if you ask me is absolutely ridiculous and more of a punishment to those employees then an actual ratification of the problem as theyre was spilladge and staining as well as debree .

A brilliant service. The guys were very friendly, polite, arrived on time, and the removal price was very competitive. I know of my friends who use their services and are extremely happy with them too.

They scraped my parents dining room door removing pictures. No discount offered.

My wife has used the company twice in the last two months to dispose of a huge amount of garden waste that should really be the responsibility of the council. ho hum. Joe Junk were superb, arrived at the agreed time on both occasions and offered a very fast, friendly and efficient service. We would have no hesitation in recommending them for your domestic waste disposal requirements. We will definitely utilise their services again

requested a quote for work, was asked to send a pic of what was wanted removing, once that was sent from my cctv system ZERO responce from them

They stated that they had knocked the door and did not as our dogs ALWAYS go crazy when the door knocks.

The manager was totally unprofessional he screamed at me and my husband on the phone. When we insisted that they did not knock as we had more indoors to be taken he said they can come back for another £10 for diesel because "you didn't answer the door you should answer the door, your dogs didn't bark my lads said they knocked and I believed them"!!!!

I am an anxious woman and this has upset me greatly. We will never use this company again..do not use.

We highly recommend these guys, quick quote, arranged a suitable time for us to complete the job & were very polite & professional.

Needed some cardboard removing and our bins as accidentally missed bin day. I had seen the van in my area so decided to give them a ring and said I needed removing same day in preparation for furniture being moved in. asked for me to send a photo and gave me a quote instantly, turned up within two hours and got rid of everything swiftly without creating any mess. Will give 5 stars for efficiency and communication, overall a great experience and a good reliable company.

Although they ended up just giving me advice I just wanted to leave a positive review based on the honestly and really polite helpfulness of who I spoke too. I had a garden waste query and the person I spoke with was really great when he knew the reasons behind it were being scammed by another workman and gave me sound advice to get a skip as it’s more cost effective . I really appreciate that and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again for any removals that I have in the future

Have used this company before and was happy. Phoned today to price taking away a headboard. They quoted £80! When did they start getting so expensive? Managed to find another place that will take it much cheaper after being let down by other companies.

Got a wee flyer through my door for Joe Junk and it was perfect timing. Messaged them on Facebook and they were here next day. Cleared everything I needed them to out my garden. All I need now is some sunshine.

I decided to de-clutter my flat and that meant getting rid of almost a dozen items of old, clunky furniture, appliances, bookshelves etc. I contacted Joe Junk on Sunday. It is now Monday afternoon and all my junk is gone. Brilliant! The guys who came were friendly, worked fast and very professionally. One of them even came back up to the fifth floor to hand back some old xmas cards that were left in a drawer.
