Terrible customer service
I bought a box of Armani boxers in size M for my husbands birthday- he only wears Armani and always size m. He tried one of the three pairs on, over his own underwear and said the fit was impossibly tight around the leg and he couldn’t wear them. I returned them the following day and received an email 2 weeks later saying they wouldn’t accept my return and i had to purchase a voucher to cover the postage for them to return them back to me!!!!!!! I write back saying they were not fit for purpose and my email was ignored so they kept the money and the product. After chasing my refund, two weeks later I’ve had a response saying they will not refund. Will absolutely not recommend this company and will ensure to warm others.

Hi,
Our returns policy clearly states that we will not accept underwear back for a refund due to hygiene reasons, this is common practise amongst many retailers. All items that are unable to be returned are listed on the website within our returns policy.
You stated in your review that the item was not 'fit for purpose’, which would indicate that they are faulty. We have measured the boxers to check there isn't a manufactures fault with the size, and found they are the same size as the other mediums from this brand. The item in question is a sale piece so it has been on our website and in our stores for months with no other complaints that the sizing is off. This is simply a case of the item not fitting.
