Car repair experience
Car repaired under warranty which was well received. Mark from the service department was excellent to deal with!
Car drop off system not particularly friendly or welcoming, all automated.

They were helpful and I was pleased with the service however 3 times I asked them to change my home address and it is still not done so the address they have on record is wrong and has been for a year
The service and customer care was good on the day but after informing them my address was incorrect and had been for a year they still failed to get the new one - instead they were more interested in whether I had downloaded the Mini app
