Nothing seemed too much trouble for him, and his unpressurised demeanor was encouraging without being overbearing.
I nearly missed out on the car, as originally the website stated No Longer Available, and I'm very glad I telephoned anyway to enquire about similar vehicles, as he was able to clarify that Dundee Audi simply hadn't taken delivery of it yet.

However the moment Brett Williamson introduced himself we both that Brett came across warm, friendly, knowledgeable and put us both at ease,he never once was pushy or didn't take the time listen, offered us both his advice and was honest and open from the word go. Brett was fantastic ,took his time, we both felt that his sole focus was on us and expained fully things that I didn't understand or needed more clarification.

Welcomed as always, treated well, not to pushy, everything explained well. Questions answered. Overall happy with our experience. Hamish our salesman very knowledgeable. Few things we were unsure of but Hamish helped and made our experience a very pleasant one. Manager came out introduced himself and thanked us for our business which was very thoughtful.
