Very good experience at John Clark BYD - Tony was extremely helpful and made everything easy also the Manager at the branch Rohan was more than helpful in guiding me through my other vehicle - having been with this particular branch for over 12 years and my last experience not being so great - both the above have restored my trust and would have no problem saying to anyone who isn't confident about purchasing a new car these guys will guide you through

Jack was great.
The assistance I got from Jack Edmonstone and Michael Clark was brilliant. There wasn’t any pushiness from either of them. They listened to me and helped me get everything I needed . There was no pushiness by Jack when we went to see about getting into a new car. He sorted things very quickly.

We had such a fantastic experience with BYD John Clark Aberdeen. We were looked after by Jack.From start to finish, he was professional, polite, and genuinely helpful. His communication was excellent, and he went above and beyond to make sure we chose the right vehicle for our needs. Nothing felt rushed, and he made the whole process so smooth and stress-free. Your salesman was very attentive and ensured I received as much information relating to the car and the financial packages available to me.
Jack Edmonstone made sure over a number of months that I was kept up to date with various options over the 4 or 5 months that he kept in touch with me.

Very pleasant experience.
Very pleasant, helpful, and informative staff. All three of the sales team I encountered seemed to enjoy their job, and they couldn't have been more helpful.
Everything, from the paperwork to the tutorial in the car, and waving me off the forecourt in my new car.

I recently purchased a BYD Dolphin from John Clark in Aberdeen, and I’m absolutely delighted with the entire experience. The process was seamless from start to finish, and within just four days, my husband and I were able to collect our brand new car.

John clark made my car purchase the best experience I've ever had!, the salesman (Jack)has a wealth of knowledge on all the vehicles, both Nissan and BYD and worked out a deal that suited my pocket. He kept in touch with phone and emails giving me regular updates.
I will certainly be returning to john clark Motors when I renew my car again.

Excellent service from the entire team
Excellent service from the entire team. We went to look at an X-trail which proved to be unsuitable and hadn’t considered BYD. We were very impressed by the quality and prices of the vehicles on offer, the clear explanation of all the purchasing options and the delivery time.
We picked up our new BYD within the week and are very happy with our new car.
