Very Friendly, helpful and knowledgably staff.
Staff took time to answer questions and explain any queries.

Waited weeks to get a slot for a standard service. The mileage on my vehicle was only c6500 miles.

I discovered the labour rate is £332.63 PER HOUR (less 28.29% Discount) to simply change oil and filters. This does not include consumables of £100, a £6 environmental charge and £4 sundries charges!

I contacted the Service manager, who was indifferent at best and thought it was acceptable to lie about the nonexistent discount on the invoices they print.

John Clark cares that much about reputation that it took 2 weeks to reply to this 1-star review, without any explanation or intended action about the issues raised, which clearly shows the lack of priority and obvious apathy.

NOTE that the claimed discount is a lie and does not get applied to any invoice, claimed as a software quirk! AVOID

Toms and his manager were particularly brilliant. They took time to answer all our questions which was helpful in arriving at the right choice of car. We received regular updates from time of purchase to delivery of the vehicle.

Matthew was great and helpful for the entirety of the process. Any questions I had were answered and he made sure the sale was as smooth as possible, assisting each time I asked him to.

There was a lot of luck involved - arriving just as some new stock was due in. Matthew Rose was great, helping me to find the car I was wanting. It all went smoothly, despite the weather delaying the arrival of the transporter. I would use them again - but not for a while.

Within just half an hour of making an enquiry about the Audi Q7 which was in stock for sale, Matthew had taken the time to make a short presentation video of the vehicle and emailed it to me, I went on to purchase the car, I can only describe my experience as positive and professional.
