Will automatically renew subscriptions with no communication about when your subscription is renewed no warning is given in advance, a warning is suppose to be given for all digital subscriptions online for renewal as according to unfair trading regulations 2008. And ensure customers know how to cancel an auto renewal subscriptions. The courses on John academy are a waste of time and not recognised by my employer this includes health and social care, sign language.
When it comes to cancel contracts john academy will drag thier date out to ensure they get your £49.00 and not honour your cancellation.

Informative, Well-Priced, User-Friendly and Nationally Recognised
I have completed quite a few courses now through John Academy and all have been brilliant. The courses are easy to navigate and complete, the prices are very competitive, they are excellent at keeping up with your CPD, are nationally recognised and you get plenty of time to complete them which is a godsend when you are busy trying to run a business!

PURCHASED Furniture Restoration & Interior Decorating Course
I recently enrolled in the Furniture Restoration & Interior Decorating Course, and I must say it was a complete disappointment. This course promised to teach me the art of furniture restoration and interior decorating, but it fell far short of my expectations.
First and foremost, there were no video tutorials, which is unacceptable in this day and age when visual learning is crucial. Instead, all we got were endless blocks of text, which appeared to be nothing more than a lazy copy-paste job from various online sources. The information provided was often incomplete, leaving me frustrated and confused.
What makes matters worse is that this course was incredibly expensive. I shelled out a significant amount of money, expecting a comprehensive learning experience. Instead, I received a subpar course with outdated and incomplete information. It felt like a total waste of my hard-earned money and precious time.
I expected to come out of this course with a solid foundation in furniture restoration and interior decorating, but all I got was frustration and disappointment. I would strongly advise anyone considering this course to look elsewhere for a more reputable and value-for-money learning experience. Save your time and money for a course that actually delivers on its promises and provides the necessary resources for effective learning.

Fake course no money back grantee
They miss sold a listening supported sign course as a British sign language course and when I requested my money back within there money back grantee policy they are trying everything to get out of it and I am still arguing with them about it

A Success Story
I am a Carer for an Adult with a Learning Disability. I enrolled my Nephew on a British Sign Language Course Level 1 & 2. This course was perfect for him and as given him the knowledge and Understanding of BSL that as helped build up his self esteem and his confidence in other life skills.
