I can't have access to a Spanish course…
I can't have access to a Spanish course I am attending. I gifted a course to someone who refused it. Now I want to change the course and take another one for myself, I can't. I sent scores of emails to John Academy that have remained unanswered until now.

Not working! Paid but still required to pay everything even the free ID is not free!
I paid for a service I seem not to be getting.
Even the free student ID you mention as part of the offer I still have to pay!
So the reviews are true! I trusted your academy for the deal being offered and then this! Common!
If I have to pay for everything hereon please refund my money and I can pay course by course!

2-No body is available for chatting at all for any time. and no replying.
3-After finished the course not available the border site the achievement Certificate and the Transcript.

Highly recommended
