Exemplary Level of Customer Service
I've called their customer service team on three separate occasions so far and each time I've been impressed with the level of customer service provided to me. The staff members I've spoken to answered the phone extremely promptly with minimal waiting time, were empathetic, showed great initiative and dealt with my queries fully and there and then. I do feel that there are so many customer service teams that could learn quite a lot from them.

Great service
The best shop to buy baby clothes in Chiswick. The variety and quality of the products is excellent. And the service at the Chiswick store is amazing! They always treat us very well. Highly recommend visiting this shop!

Fantastic Sevenoaks store
Fabulous shop, one of the only of its kind in our area and great for gifts. We love going into the Sevenoaks store as not only are the clothes lovely, but every member of staff is absolutely delightful and they make it such a welcoming experience.

A lovely experience at Lymington store
A lovely experience at the Lymington, New Forest store. Friendly and helpful staff and a lovely selection of clothes. I always end up buying more than what I go in for - just can’t resist and I prefer to shop in person - please don’t close this store. It’s the only one that remains near me as the Whitely and Winchester stores have closed and whilst the website is good I much prefer to go to the shop as sometimes the patterns and colours look different online to the physical item.

I ordered a pregnant support band at…
I ordered a pregnant support band at 8.30 on a Thursday night. It was delivered the next day by 12.00.
Delivery service I can’t fault. However, I ordered a Large band which states a size 16/18. There is no way the band is this size. It’s tiny & won’t go near me. Bearing in mine I was a 12/14 pre-pregnancy.
I’ve opted to return it & will be charged a fee.
So £4.95 for delivery & £2.50 for returns.
What a waste of money for a band that is absolutely tiny. It’s put me off ordered again.
Just make sure you are aware of small sizings before you order.

Please be aware that the £2.50 returns fees are for returning via the courier however you can return our items purchased online to any JoJo or Next retail store which is free of charge.

Fab shop in Sevenoaks
Wonderful to have this shop avaliable in Sevenoaks. Great really helpful staff and varied clothes selection. It’s the only good quality children’s clothes shop for gifts around in all surrounding towns as so many have closed.

Lovely shop, shame about the manager
I shop in the Dorchester branch fairly regularly and it is a beautiful shop. Everything always looks perfect and the staff are kind and lovely to my daughter and me. It's my favourite shop for her clothes.
However, twice now when I've visited and heard the manager -Anna I think her name is- being openly rude to the staff on the shop floor. I was shocked and horrified to hear this. Both times the staff member looked, understandably, both offended and embarrassed. It feels unacceptable that anyone should be spoken to like that at work. It definitely made me think twice about how this lovely shop is being managed.
I can't remember the exact dates of my visit, so it may not be this exact day I visited.
