Jordan Lynch have been so helpful throughout our home buying process. Initially we thought we were unable to get a mortgage due to my partner not having a full years accounts, as he was just starting his career as a Barrister. After seeing an advert in “the barrister” for Jordan Lynch we decided to contact them. We are glad that we did as they were able to help get us on to the property ladder when everyone else we spoke to said that they couldn’t help without two full years accounts. Everyone that we have spoken to has been friendly and explained each step to us from speaking with Tim and Paul when we first got in contact to Lucy making sure we had everything in place and answering any questions we had no matter how small.

Given everything that's going on in the world, a five-year fix on a mortgage renewal seemed like a wise move.
We explained this to Jordan Lynch, who'd been recommended to us in the past. They set out to find us a really good deal - but eventually confirmed that our existing lender would remortgage at a good rate. When we went through the numbers, it was clear that this would be far cheaper overall than casting around for the odd tenth of a point somewhere else.
And then in the three months between our nailing down the rate and the mortgage renewing, our lender brought their rates down twice. Each time, Jordan Lynch let us know straight away - and each time they locked in the lower rate for us.
We've ended up saving more than £500 a year (and a big chunk up front) thanks to Jordan Lynch. Excellent work: smart, responsive and proactive.
